Charming Charlie – Aurora

Customer service is usually nice, my complaints are that the purses are WAY overpriced for the quality. Every charming Charlie purse I have ever purchased has fallen apart (save for a cross body mini purse). The most wear and tear these purses get from me is they go in my car, then on my shoulder, then in my office, then back in my car, and sometimes on the back of a chair. Minimal use. They’re very cute and come in tons of colors but I won’t buy purses here anymore. I can spend $ 45 on a purse from Amazon or Kohl’s and it’ll last way longer. Same goes for wallets and duffel bags (back when they sold them).
Clearance jewelry is spectacular. I love cheap jewelry because my tastes change so much, that a $ 3 pair of earrings will get me through several months before they fade, fall apart and then I can buy new ones. I love the trendy pieces and the scarves. I still have CC scarves from 6 years ago that are in surprisingly good condition and they’re cute.
The store is always clean, comfortable and very neat. It’s a welcoming place and I love browsing for the experience. It’s a good marketing tactic, the way they have their shop set up. I like to come here every once and awhile for some girl time. :)

This is one of the biggest Charming Charlie’s I’ve been too and it’s always a pleasant experience! CC can be sensory overload if you don’t know what you’re looking for but I kinda love it. It’s clean, well laid out and they have a separate little area for clearance items. They have jewelry and accessories for any occasion and if you can’t find something here, somethings off. This isn’t jewelry that you will keep forever but if you’re looking for something fun for a special place event or outfit, this is your place!

you know when they ask if you «need anything» from the moment you walk through the door and you tell them «no thanks» and you go find what you are looking for and then turn and realize that they have never stopped following you and are steadily watching you suspiciously while pretending to preoccupy themselves next to you and then when you ask them for something they somehow become magically busy and too preoccupied to help. hmm… then when you finally go checkout and they are rushing you even though literally no one is behind you. Really!!! And lastly you get home, and after two weeks, the backpack you bought breaks, the necklace loses the jewels, and the gold bracelet is no longer gold. when you go to return them with or without receipt, you get treated like a thief instead of a customer and again they looks of suspicion continue even though they can look you up via phone number. so sad.
advice: go to the one by park meadows, they treat you like a person and I’ve yet to have a bad experience at park meadows or even Westminster if its not to far out of the way.

I discovered the mecca of jewelry that is Charming Charlie’s a year ago in North Carolina. Since then, I have visited many Charming Charlie’s stores, and now my jewelry organizer has exploded all over the top of my dresser. So many cute options that stay up to date in the fashion trends. Plus, having it organized by color is top notch. I love pearls, and am infamous for it. Pearl earrings, pearl rings, pearl necklaces (not like that)…I have them all, and most of them are from Charming Charlie’s.
I have visited this location twice now, and the only reason why they don’t get a 5 star is due to their staff. Every other location I have visited I have been greeted almost immediately, told about discounts and sales, offered a basket, and sent on my way. All the other locations I have been to have also had their staff members give a brief review on what Charming Charlie’s is about to help the feeling of being overwhelmed dissipate to first time visitors. On the plus side, any staff member that I came across had a smile on her face and asked if there was anything she could help find. This location… meh. I have only been spoken to twice in both of my visits, and it was by the ladies checking me out. The last time I was there I was walking in looking for unique accessories for a dress that I am wearing for a wedding (emerald green is not in my usual color palate and I had nothing that truly worked), and no staff member ever helped me. I felt like I was chasing the high schoolers all over the store, because anytime I came within 10 feet of them they scuttled off to continue gossiping elsewhere. Having been to 10 other Charming Charlie’s across the nation, I know that this is not the way they prefer their staff to act, so it was disappointing, but I will still frequent it, unless I need help deciding what accessories to purchase for a certain color, then I will head on over to Belmar.
This is my accessories heaven for sure though!

Ran in to see what all the fuss was about. I have heard this store bragged on so many times by a few people I work with. I did see a few things that gave me a warm fuzzy and the OHHH shiney factor was certainly there.
It was just too packed for me, I will stop back after the holidays are long over and have a look around.

HOLY HELL!
As soon as I walked in here, I felt as if I had died and gone to accessory heaven. Literally.
Watches, rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, clothes, shoes, sunglasses, purses… you name it, it’s there… and all color coordinated!
When I die, I hope to end up here :)

What a cute store! They have a great buyer who picks out amazing pieces, all arranged by color scheme so it’s easy to search. Also the prices are very reasonable.

The first time I was Charmin Charlie was in Scottsdale with my son and his girlfriend. Now I have been in this one by me twice. It is a kick. Everything is separated by color and every color is represented here I believe. There are purses, hats, scarfs, earrings and I mean earrings, bracelets, necklaces, shoes, key chains, rings, dresses, blouses, and a few other girly items. It is almost overwhelming but fun to walk around for awhile. Really nothing for me as I have a store load myself but if you need something for that bright orange outfit go in because you will find an item to go with it trust me.

Wow… this is definitely a shop that, as a guy, I’d normally tuck my tail between my legs and run the other direction. But I was with the wife, so…
It was full from wall to wall with teenage girls and their early-20’s counterparts. After the 3^rd time they ran into me I was just glad none of them were currently driving on the road.
The inside was huge and full of various and sundry costume jewelry and tons of things that women obviously like to buy.
This seemed like Heaven for the sort who would go shop here, so I really can’t make any complaints.

This is a place I had always heard about, but never actually went into until the other day when we were looking for a some specific earrings. Upon walking into the store my first thought was — holy sparkle!
A sea of colors hit you when you first take it all in, with the hints of sparkle spread throughout. The place is coordinated by color (which I love, because that that is how I organize my closet). So you need black? Over there! Red? Up front! You get the idea.
This is costume jewelry and accessory heaven! My only complaint is that on my first go through I found it overwhelming. Too much merchandise to get through! Still I love the variety!
We didn’t find what we need, but I will definitely be back! I have been charmed.

Super cool store! WOW! You can find anything or any color in this place. Almost overwhelming. WHY do we not have one in CA? Staff very helpful and attentive. Clean, well laid out. Cant wait to go back. All I could find were some earrings. as hubby waited outside. My daughter loved it too!

They have a variety of clothing and more accessories than I can search through. It is organized by color too — love that. Great place to buy gifts for «hard to buy for» friends!

Sweet Holy Mother of all things that Sparkle and Shine ! I swear you could spend what seems like 10 minutes here and upon walking out you find that an entire day has passed !
Charming Charlie is a small piece of heaven for anyone looking for the perfect accessories and BLING but have long outgrown Claires Boutique. They have everything here ! Clothes, Shoes, Purses, Bracelets, Necklaces, Rings, Scarves, ect, ect, ect !
Most of the clothing and accessories are organized by color scheme which makes shopping so much easier. Everything is decently priced. I don’t think I saw anything over $ 39 and most necklaces were in the $ 12-​$ 19 range.
My only request would be to add a bar inside and then I would never have any reason to leave !
