Don’t waste your time or money. I got my botox consulation right away and it was scheduled 2 days later. A week later I call to make an appt with Melissa, the injector, because the right side of my face was sagged. I didn’t hear back from them for 3 days! I called twice a day and they kept telling me they can’t get a hold of Melissa ??? Thankfully my sister had me go to her guy and he fixed my face. Kat from America Laser Skincare called on the 4^th day and tried to schedule me 2 weeks out. It was horrible and I will never go there for anything, ever.

I wouldn’t waste your money here on their laser hair removal treatments. When I first signed up, I was told my two years would contain 12 treatments for my underarms and legs. Because the treatments are so spread apart, I only got 11 leg treatments. I had the more «ideal» starting point with light skin and dark pores, but after all those treatments I still have to shave at least once a week to have smooth legs. My pores and hair are light, but with the amount of money spent, I expected to rarely have to shave and that is NOT the case. Save your money and just do a Groupon or something of the similar somewhere else.
Also, the manager of the location doesn’t care about you as the customer, only of herself and her sales. After I told her no to having my bikini area lasered, she kept pushing talking about the financing options. I said we already were going to have to finance some house work and she still kept trying to push me. She doesn’t care if you go in to financial ruin as long as she gets your money.

I moved here recently and was referred by a friend for laser hair removal due to their «great new laser» I have only had two treatments thus far and love it! (still some hair growht but drastically less– a week without shaving is no big deal) The girls are so nice in there, making it not so uncomfortable to strip down. Laser hair removal is an investment and WELL WORTH IT!

I was very disappointed in the results from the VelaShape Body treatments I received here. I’m not entirely sure what the problem was, but during the series of 10 treatments I received, I had at least 6 different technicians. I suspect that that the turnover rate there is very high, which results in inexperienced technicians. I did not see an improvement in texture, appearance or size. Money wasted!

I paid the price for male genital hair removal and after just shy of 3 years (yes, 3 years) of treatment, I still have hair where I paid for there to be none. I am very white with black hair; I was told I was the perfect candidate. Estheticians I worked with were great; professional, polite, nice; I have no problem with their behavior.
The service itself, however, is not what it is sold as. I paid for alot; genitals, neck and a few other small areas. I have not missed a treatment and kept out of the sun (yes, for 3 years, it was a pain to do so, but I did) and still have ‘reduction’ but not ‘removal’ of hair. Neither does my wife and we both had ALOT of body parts done.
