Nope, nope, nope. New patient, first phone call to schedule an appointment, went to voicemail during normal business hours. Message said appointments are available Monday through Thursday. I called and front desk told me hours are Monday through Saturday. Okay great. Got on the schedule for Friday at 10:30. Showed up at 10:15 to fill out forms, one of which said«accepted payments are cash, mastercard and care credit» well I didn’t have any of those. I asked if they accepted Visa, «yes» so I replied«oh, its not on your list of accepted payments» she replied with a laugh. Ok? I was called back once I finished my paperwork. She said my name, then«open» and«close» four times, then«were going to room 2» and that… was it… Not even a word as she put on my bib. I was sitting in the exam chair from 10:35 until 11:15 without a word from anyone. I finally got up, removed my bib, grabbed my purse and stood at the front desk and waited. 11:20 someone comes out and looks at me… «My appointment was 50 minutes ago and no one has been in to see me» «Oh» *walks away* The dentist comes out from around the corner and casually mentions«sorry for the wait» I replied«I don’t mind waiting, but no one said anything to me…» He did not respond. He was pretty rough with my teeth. I brush twice a day, floss daily and take great care of my teeth but he made my gums bleed like none other. He left 3 times during my exam and said«oh I just remembered something/I’ll be right back/let me just…» The assistant rushed through my cleaning, frequently splashed water on my face and left it, didn’t give me breaks to swallow and when she wanted me to close my mouth for the suction, actually put her hands on my mouth and closed it for me. What?! It ended when she said«ok» and left the room. I walked to the front, paid and left. Got to my car and there was a huge blood smear on my face. Are you kidding me? What a freaking nightmare.

I went to this sham with major mouth problems. They told me my insurance would only cover the ex rays on one side of my mouth. Then said I needed to have two teeth pulled. They said I needed to pay $ 125 per tooth and the insurance would cover the rest. I called comfort dental and they said they could do a full comprehensive xray of my mouth and my insurance covered it. They also said my insurance would cover 100% of the tooth extraction. Also the«dentist» in this office is a rude pompous little jerk. That’s how another reviewer put it. It is an exact discription of his personality. He degrades his staff and patients. When he gives you the bill call another dentist to go over it and you shall see. SCAMMER, DOUBLEBILLER, ADDSONEXTRASERVICES, LIES.

My wife just recently had some work done at agreeable dental for the first time. The first visit was pretty standard, the took some x-Rays with some older than usual equipment. Patients chairs where tired and had tears. The dentist apologized for the rip in the seat and said a patient was standing on the seat. Not exactly sure why. My main problem with this dentist is after evaluating my wife she was complaining about ONE tooth with a cavity they said ok no problem we will drill that tooth and re-fill it, should take about 30 minutes. Once they injected the Novacaine into the are of the problem tooth the dentist then injected other areas of he mouth and said«we are just gonna fix everything» this was never discussed prior to the procedure. The ONLY thing agreed upon was the one tooth. Now my wife has FOURCAVITIES filled and on top of that they ground down a small area of her front tooth that had a slight chip. We never asked for any of this«extra» work to be done. When it comes the the well being and health of my family it is not acceptable to mess around with that. It makes sense they call themselves«agreeable dental» it’s difficult to argue after you mouth is shot full of novicane. I’m also reporting to the better business bureau and might consider further legal action. DONOTGOTOTHISDENTIST!!!

I was nervous to come here after reading the negative reviews but this dentist’s office is within walking distance of my house so I didn’t want to write it off, either. I decided to get a standard exam and cleaning today. The staff is a little aloof but nice and I was brought in for x-rays promptly. That is always an unpleasant experience for me since it’s painful to clench down on the bitewings, but the tech was sympathetic and made it a quick and painless as possible. The exam room, while dated, was clean and I liked that the dentist regularly checked in with me to make sure I was okay while examining and cleaning. More importantly, he didn’t trying to «upsell» me on some insanely expensive procedure like the last dentist I went to did — he let me know what needed to be done, what I should get done, and let me make the decision from there. No pressure. I’m coming back next week to do everything he suggested and I’m happy to have found a good dentist so close to home. Pro tip: If you don’t have insurance, be sure to check in! There’s a coupon for a $ 30 exam and cleaning!

I enjoyed this place! I came here for their Westword deal of cleaning, exam, and x Rays for $ 24.99! Great deal since I forgot to buy dental insurance this past year. It’s a little old of a building, and I had a problem finding the place because I was driving down chambers and turned before Mexico, and only saw the clinic until I passed around the smaller building in the corner. Plus, the water fountain in the front was empty. The dentist is a hoot! Nice guy, and he tells me he’s been working since 1988 for 23 years. Lol he’s off by three years because I’m 26 and was born in 88′ lol I got my x Rays done, and was brought into another room. He went over my medical history just to make sure there would be no complications. He checked for cavities, gum recession, and oral cancer. Then the dental hygienist, Esmeralda, she was really helpful with giving me tips and advice on ways I can better brush, prevent cavities, and whiten my teeth. Their staff is friendly and informative.

Just came here to try to figure out if they take my new dental insurance and saw all the negative reviews. Very surprising since I had such a great experience, albeit only one visit. I’ll update if I go back but just wanted to note that I’ve been Unilocaling for years — as evidenced by the badges and number of reviews– and my reviews are all legit. They definitely didn’t pay me, although they did give me a flower for Mother’s Day.

If I could leave negative stars for this place, I would in a heart beat. The reviews below that say how bad this place are are true. I don’t know how Amanda B thought it was such a nice place, but something tells me she was either paid by the dentist, or only went there one time and got lucky. This dentist is such a jerk, all he cares about is getting paid and not at all about the well being of his patients. He will yell at you, yell at his employees, disappear for long extended periods of time, and when he IS there to do work on you he is very violent and aggressive in his techniques. Every single time I have been down to Dr Douchebag I have left with the urge to want to punch him in the face, over and over and over again. The worst part is that he is very shady. I started going to his office because my workmans comp case suggested him as our dentist. Everything was covered 100% as the accident happened at work. He would not do ANY work on me until they had paid him fully for the services. Actually charged me AND my insurance company, while also billing my workmans compensation claim. Basically getting triple paid for work that he wouldn’t even finish. Thanks to this moron my wedding pictures look like crap and my teeth are still screwed up. But who cares as long as he got paid. If someone feels like kicking his teeth in, just take an after picture and post it up here for everyone to enjoy! Final Word = DONOTGOHERE… EVER!

I’m guessing the positive poster received compensation from Agreeable Dental. I have been there twice, the cheap introduction visit was alright, but this place fails in the eyes of someone with even moderate standards. 1.) If you are unfortunate enough to try this place, take note of how unclean it is. During my visit I noticed blood all over the floor in the treatment room and hair on everything — yes, even the equipment to be used in my mouth! Disgusting. 2.) The only dentist that works here was extremely nervous for the entire(basic filling) procedure. This is a very routine dental procedure, of course I was concerned when I noticed he was sweating profusely with shaky hands. 3.) The dentist and his assistants don’t get along. This made for an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. The day of my appointment, his assistant referred to him as evil and seemed to disagree with all of his dental opinions. She even went as far as to inform me that I was being severely overcharged. It doesn’t get better… 4.) I waited an hour and twenty minutes for their teenage receptionist to process my insurance claim. Surprise! She wasn’t spending that extra time on accuracy, she just didn’t know what she was doing. I paid the estimated amount due at the time of the visit. Three months later, I receive notice from Agreeable Dental that they failed to submit a claim, and that I owe them the money my insurance would have provided. But by all means… feel free to waste your time and money here. It’s not like there are hundreds of dentists to chose from…
