Had an emergency door repair for two doors and early on a Sunday morning. Not only did they answer right away they had both of my glasses repaired in under 1 hour. These guys are the real deal. I will recommend them to anyone in need of quick professional service.

I ordered a 70×34 half moon glass window to replace the one above our door. I paid $ 835 in September of 2014. Last month we had rain and the window was leaking in my foyer. I called to have them look at it and they said that was a long time ago. They don’t guarantee the caulking. But he reluctantly said he would come look at it. He never showed or called. I left another message but no return call. They don’t stand behind their work. Plus the workers they sent here couldn’t lift the window themselves. My husband had to help them. The window is nice and their timing was ok but it’s leaking and they installed it. What’s the big deal to come out here and take a look?
