I really don’t like going in the Wal-​Mart on Deans Bridge Rd. Today they reminded me why! Customer service is horrible! The poor cashier working alone and it’s like 50 people at the counter. She was doing the best she could! My sister told another attendant walking by that we needed someone to help at the jewelry department and she kept walking! Finally a young lady that just clocked in saw what was happening and she came to help!
In a nutshell, customer service is everything! If you see your co-​worker backed up help out! I really don’t have anything positive to say so I am going to stop… this really it’s a review it’s a vent!

I do all I can to avoid shopping at this Walmart! The place is filthy and unorganized! Most of the people that work here are rude (there may be a few unfortunate gems there). And why are there like 30 registers and only 5 (max) ever opened? It may be a superstore, but all it does is super sucks!

I am totally disgusted on this Walmart it makes this business look bad. The employees here try only to help you if they have too. Don’t ask for assistance in any department that’s a joke, make the effort to travel farther for the Walmart servie you know exists.

Ok, how do I say this without hurting anyones feelings? Umm Yuck?
This store was recently remodeled, summer 08, and its already dirty again. There are never enough registers open.
Prior to the remodel, the staff was lax and irreverent. After the grand re-​opening, they were dripping with honey. Here we are now, not quite a year later and they are back to their old ways.
The store is in what can be a «non» pleasant side of town and this Wal mart has without a doubt been affected.
