Great food and great service. As good as the steaks I’ve had in Philly and a very friendly staff. Would recommend!

I love my cheesesteaks. I have had them from philly to florida. The wife and I moved to the area and I wanted a cheesesteak for lunch yesterday. We found this place online and thought hell we will give it a try. Yep it’s a one and done for me. I got the 12 inch philly my wife got a bacon cheeseburger. My steak was okay nothing that popped, the bread was chewy and the French fries were okay just your plain French fries. My wife cheeseburger was like a frozen burnt school burger as she put it. The place needs a face lift looks like a run down Mexican restaurant. The service was terrible took 10 mins had to answer three phone calls before he could talk to is then another twenty to get our food. This place was not worth the twenty dollars. Nothing famous about this place.

The food is really good. And the owner is almost overly friendly, but very sweet. The place could use some updating. I did not see any signs of bugs. But a fresh coat of paint would help. Our service was quick specially since it was made to order.

Great sandwiches! They’re huge so one will feed 2 usually.

The best cheesesteak I’ve ever had in the state of Georgia. Really, it’s just amazing, and HUGE. If you’re in Augusta, do yourself a favor and stop by. Sidenote, I’d suggest skipping the drinks. They’re diabetes in a cup lol. If you like real sugary drinks, then you’ll enjoy them.

Great cheeseteaks here! The people who run the business were very friendly and quick. So far this is the only place I’ve found in the area that comes close to making cheeseteaks like the ones I’ve had up north. Will go back!

Service was fast and great, walked in and within about 5 minutes I ordered and had my food. Got a #1 with bell peppers and mushrooms, and it looked perfect. The cheese steak was nicely cooked and they really packed the sandwich full of it. Ain’t gonna lie, best Philly I’ve had in awhile.

Not a hugh fan of the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich but decided to stop in and check this place out. I remember trying this place when it first opened at another location, they have moved to this one and it’s good to see they are still in business and growing. The menu is large but they have some neat meal combos to make it easier. Ordering was quick and the meal was delivered to the table fairly quick as well. I went with the mighty 12″ Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, fries, and sweet tea. It was so good, tons of chopped steak, and very creamy from the cheese and mayo. I struggled to eat the whole sandwich, but it was too good to leave and I was extra hungry. Fries were crispy and the tea was Georgia sweet. Loved the whole meal. If you get a chance check this place out, just be sure to bring your appetite.

I just moved back to Augusta and I would have never stopped here but a friend said it was good. That is an understatement ! This is the best Philly I have ever eaten bar none! I am now thinking that is what’s for dinner tonight :)

Best food in Augusta and the only reason I was willing to move back from Philly. Was at Fort Gordon 2009 – 2010 when I discovered this place. Left to go to Fort Polk 2010 – 2014. ETS back to Philly and really wanted to move back to Augusta. If it wasn’t for the Philly Cheesesteak Factory moving wouldn’t be considered. I can live without Wawa but not without a real Cheesesteak. Everyone else imitates horribly. This place is the REAL deal!

Now this is a real Philly cheesesteak. I’m a Jersey girl who relocated to Georgia and we drove 2 ½ hours to try it. Miss La La and staff welcomed us as if we’ve known them forever. The cheesesteaks are exactly what they are in Philly… I will never eat one anywhere else down here. Don’t do the 6″ only go for the 12″ you will be happy you did. Now go see La La and get some yummy for your tummy!

Fries were decent, cheesesteak is massive and has a great flavor, but I had a stomachache for 2 days after eating only half of my sandwich. The location is decent if you work on this side of town, it’s easy to find and get into/out of. The building itself is older and could do with some refurbishing, and their signage and general marketability isn’t really there for me. The people working there are very personable and friendly, and I wish I could really get behind this place, but I just can’t promote an eating establishment that caused me to go through a whole box of Imodium AD.

Great cheesesteaks, I went in on a whim and was not disappointed. It’s been a while since I’d had a good cheesesteak and even longer since I’ve had one from Philly. The triple threat was fantastic. My only regret not getting two… There’s always next time though.

Down here in Augusta looking around for food. The main strip on Washington has plenty that I have tried. We discovered this famous philly spot and thought why not! (Lets try something cheesy on a soft warm roll) All I can say is that I am so GLAD we stopped in(Just in time for closing) Why did I order only a 6inch? I could have devoured a 12inch! I ordered a mushroom Philly add jalapenos and it was slamming(super delicious. I can not wait to get another cheesesteak from here. When you enter you will see many famous faces of cheesesteak lovers from Will Smith and others. Now I know what the hype is all about, and it deserves it. Loved it…

The food was ok. It was a bit expensive for what you get. I didn’t like the fact that there was an extra charge for bell peppers. I’m not sure that I’d visit again.

I went to this establishment yesterday. I am actually a big fan of supporting local businesses but I don’t think, nah scratch that, I KNOW I will not be returning to this one. The service is slow… really slow and the service is not that great. I mean, the lady that took my order was not rude… she was just very«blah»…I feel like she may have been the owner. Don’t get me wrong, I am one of the most easy to please customers, but if you have a local business, you have to work a lot harder to gain those regulars… and that starts with the service. Ok, and now to the biggest issue… I was sitting in a booth, about five minutes into my wait, and I see a baby roach on the floor… like I said I’m pretty easy going, so I thought to myself, its only one… whatever…but then I see two more crawling on the wall… I instantly started to feel sick to my stomach. There is never only one roach, and if they are up here near my booth, I didn’t wanna imagine how many there were in the back where they cook the food… they have a no refund policy(I see why now) so I waited for my food, walked out the restaurant and threw the food away. Also, as I was leaving, I had to pull around the back of the building to get out, I saw that the back door to the restaurant that leads to the kitchen was wide open! Wide open with no screen door! Needless to say, I see where the roach/bug infestation is coming from… I don’t get it, I know that the owner is aware of the roach problem, so why not dish out a few dollars to the pest control guys to take care of it? It’s a shame too, because I was really looking forward to that cheesesteak… but instead, I lost my appetite. STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE!

REALLY good cheesesteak. Completely authentic. Huge portions, good prices super friendly owner from Philly… So what’s up with the 3 starts? Your feet actually stick to the floor and the place looks kinda dumpy inside. Actually really dumpy… If I hadn’t been referred by a friend from work that prepared me, I would have left. That being said, it was so good I will be back, sticky floors and all.
