Made a online reservation. Modified the reservation AND I called the local office and left a voice mail message to confirm it and say that I needed pick up at 9 am.
Just called the local office and they don’t have my reservation as a pick up. They will send someone out to get me.
30 minutes late. Let’s see what happens when I get to the rental counter.
