5,6,7,8 Studios

Had a UYe event here and was really impressed! They have a vass amount of classes you can take from zumba to pole dancing (I think that was the term).The tybo style workout was the best one I enjoyed and they even had a twerkin’ lession (yes and I tried it too!).Stop by for a session or two and you can pay per class if you like.

Super friendly staff and members, fun classes that keep you interested, and a wonderful atmosphere — what more could you ask for?

I had such an Amazing experience at the 5,6,7,8 Dance studio for the Unilocal event. The atmosphere was great and the teaser classes had Me wanting more. All the instructors were very skilled. I was able to let loose and work out at the same time. This was my first experience and Not my last. Ladies and Gents Please, Please, Please check out 5,6,7,8 Dance studios you will be impressed.

I try not to be biased as an instructor but this studio is honestly great. So many different varieties of class, little something for everyone. Whether you are a Fitness Guru or a Beginner, Adult or Child, Man or Woman, there’s a class you’ll like for sure!
A little out of the way on the upper part of Wheeler Road by Adventure Crossing but once you find the location the Studio itself is great. One Studio has the poles set up but still holds about five or six people for other classes. The Large Studio will hold up to twenty for different kinds of classes. The Studio spaces can be rented for Private Events or you can have a Party with one of the offered classes.
Try a little of everything here, and enjoy it all!

OMG! 5−6−7−8 Studios is all kinds of awesome. They have some great classes that are so fun. You don’t even realize you are working out. I enjoyed the Fab Abs/​Booti-​u-​tiful class was awesome. It incorporated a resistance band, which really made you feel the burn. I also enjoyed the full stretch class that was similar to yoga, but not as challenging. After stretching you feel great and ready to move into other fitness activities. The staff is amazing. Each instructor has their specialty. You can tell the 5−6−7−8 staff is like a family. They also work collectively for dance fitness routines. The space is quaint, but the main studio is large enough to fit at least 45 people. There’s plenty of parking. You can pay per class or purchase a pass for several classes. They have full listing of their offerings at their website. I enjoyed it!

Best studio in the CSRA! The studio has classes for everyone no matter what the skill level. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable in the classes they teach. It is a pay as you go with nomcomtracts. This is a family friendly place that welcome everyone.
