The Drive Thru line last night around 5pm was 4 cars long, and it took 35 minutes to receive our order. Missing ingredients, ingredients added that should not have been, Dorito tacos that looked completely empty. Unfortunately all the Taco Bells in the area either really suck or are closed for maintenance.

This was the second time I went to this Taco Bell for breakfast just to see employees standing outside and to have them tell me they were closed. When I asked the employee why they were closed today she replied, «I don’t know, we just are.» When I went previously there were employees smoking outside and when my boyfriend went to open the door for me(we didn’t know they were closed) one of them grabbed the door and slammed it on us. Don’t waste your time.

Customer service is horrible. Waited 10 mins to order then waited another 25 mins to receive our cold food. Just ate it as it was in fear of waiting another 15 mins for replacement food. Tables and floors are dirty 80% of the time me and my girlfriend eat there. Something needs serious changing there.

If I could give this horrid excuse for an eatery negative stars or at least zero, I would in a heartbeat. Been waiting ten minutes to speak to a manager, they’re still doing everything they were doing before, but no manager. They destroyed my girlfriends order, which I paid for, and they won’t remedy the situation. Been yelled at by the manager at this point, been standing at the counter for at least 15 minutes. Never come here. Ever. By far one of the worst establishments I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Update: I did get a refund, for a fraction of what I paid for, but only to be cursed at by an employee, as well as having said employee try to coax me into a fight. The manager refused to give me her name, and neither would the employee. I will be definitely giving corporate a call tomorrow, and if these people are still employed by the end of the week, myself and everyone I know will be boycotting Taco Bell altogether. Keep in mind, I eat there nearly every day for lunch at work.

I’ve had a craving for Taco Bell two different days this week. They were closed both times I went in the middle of the day… I tried one last time and drive thru took way to long for fast food! Stay closed or get a different owner who cares about customer service.

There were 4 cars ahead of us in the drive thru, we placed our order of 2 big box meals. 1 car left and we waited inline for 20 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes and still 3 cars ahead of us, we backed up to the order speaker and asked how much longer it would be. They told us it would be at least another 5 – 10 minutes inline. We asked that we have our order cancelled and left. We will NEVEREVER return to this location!!! We rate them 0 stars, the ONLY reason it shows 1 star is because we couldn’t post without a rating…

Super slow waiting!!! Waiting in line now same 4 cars have been ahead of me for about 10 minutes. Finally made it to order and they are out of what seems like half the stuff. the guy that wants… Hold on we’re moving … Stopped again anyways The guy that wants $ 15 an hour was monotone and seemed rude or emo I can’t tell yet. I’ll definitely go elsewhere next time I go out for my lunch break.
