This is my go to hair salon. Always smells wonderful inside and has excellent customer service. They greet you with a smile and welcome walk ins. The wait is never very long and the prices are wonderful!

I have been going to this Supercuts for over 2 years. I was working in the area so it was easy. Now I work farther away but I still go there. Suki has always cut my hair. She does a great job. But what I really love is the wash and head massage. It is AWESOME. The first time the owner was next to us giving pointers. She said «push the stress out of the head» and they do. And they use this tingly conditioner that feel crazy good. Now they are also doing a neck massage with a hot towel! I live in Burien 2 miles from a Supercuts but still drive to Auburn. I tried that other place with the sports on the TV and I gave them 1 star. My 8 year old daughter can give a better cut and massage.

It was a horrible experience in there. I went there many times before. It was ok. I went there because it’s close to me. The price is little but higher than before I moved. This time is HORRIBLE. The man starched my head while he was washing my hair. I’m even hurting to writing this review. Then he poked me a lot while he was cutting my hair, he just seems so unprofessional. I looked the profile. 10 YEARS HAIR CUTTING EXPERIENCE? No way. Then I didn’t say it in there because I respect them. I chose to called the manager and she didn’t even care. I won’t RECOMMENDED this. And never go there any more. If It has zero star. I would just give zero

There nice people I’m happy tina is gone not crazy about the newest mamager I think her name was my the receptionist is cute an happy every time I’ve seen her, could be better hairstylist, new lobby should deff get done overal ok place.

Both Barbers and Beauticians work this location. I can drop my hubby off and head to the Albertsons at the other end of the plaza to shop while he gets his trim.
The seats are not aging well and are not very comfortable, but the staff is so quick and friendly I only feel 1 star worth of disappointment.
