I have to retract my original review. My teeth are typical cleaning, no issues. My husband on the other hand had to have a crown put on his tooth… after 12 visits, the crown is still not complete! We will be finding a new dentist.

HORRIBLE! New management, doctors and staff are a complete joke. They make everything so frustrating and do unnecessary xrays so they can charge. They refuse to do a simple filling that already fell out from the dentist that did it! You have to have a full exam done in order for them to fix what they already did! I would avoid them at all costs, go elsewhere!

I have had horrible experiences getting charged way above and beyond what my insurance covers in the past with dentists offices so the very FIRST thing I STRESSED to both the front office and the dentist was to please call our insurance and verify what is covered before any services are done. «I don’t want ANY services not fully covered under my family’s insurance». Each of us received a teeth cleaning (3 total) and I had one filling. I was assured that all of these very basic procedures were verified to be covered with a small co-​pay. After services sure enough I received a bill for over $ 800 in the mail AFTER insurance. After going back and forth for a couple of weeks the bill dropped to $ 350 and as I was arguing that when they sent me to collections before I had a chance to fix anything!!! Once I was sent to collections I was told there was absolutely nothing that could be done. A month later I got served with a lawsuit for $ 350.
