Staples the Office Superstore

This store has top notch workers during the day. RON is the best tech guy they have. There is also another guy who always helps me find anything I need.
The copy print center will match prices if you bring in the online ad. The recently re arranged and got smaller but they still neet all my office needs.

This will be a review of my visit to the Copy Center earlier today. My experience reminds me why I have been so negative about the chain recently.
I stopped in to make a single copy of a document as my home scanner unexpectedly bit the dust last night (I know where I’m not purchasing a replacement).
None of their machines wanted to accept my debit card. I couldn’t purchase one of the copy cards either. For what it’s worth, the card worked at every other stop we made today. Yes, I long for the days when we could be trusted to make our copies and simply go to the front checkout to pay for my copies.
I proceed to the counter and I wait for about five minutes while the girl watches another customer on the phone. Are you kidding me, you can’t help someone else while he figures out what he’s doing? She finally decides she can help me. Instead of simply making the one copy I told her I needed. She slooooooooowly opens her cash drawer and hands me a card with no instructions and walks back to help Mr Cell Phone. I make my copy in less then 30 seconds and off I go to the bored and lonely cashier. Don’t you know, he is unable to do anything with the card. WTF. I am forced to walk back and wait another ten minutes to pay a dime. If I didn’t need the copy so bad and it didn’t have personal information on it I, would have simply walked out.
