Just don’t bother. Went here with a friend on an weekday evening and found the staff not very gracious. It was hard to find a place to sit, not because the place was packed, but because there were only a few tables that were not full of dirty plates, etc. Floor was dirty, tv’s were too loud(and were not turned down after asking twice), and every staff member acted like they just didn’t want to be there.

First off, I think it’s only fair to mention that I am pregnant, so maybe this isn’t that big of a deal, but it’s the principle of the situation that is annoying me. But if you look at my history of writing reviews, I normally only make a point to write a review if I have something good to say about a business. When I have been getting pizza lately, I order it with the white and red sauce mixed all over the pizza, this is the first time I have ordered from round table since I have been doing that. I pre-ordered over the phone and when I mentioned that, the girl said«like half red & half white»? So I clarified«no, mixed together all over the pizza», the girl on the phone said«oh OK no problem!» and went about putting in my order. Well when I picked it up, I noticed on the receipt while I was waiting, that it said red on the first half and white on the second half, and when I questioned her about it, she offered to remake the pizza seeing how it would only take 7 or 8 minutes and I said«OK», but when she went back to tell her manager to remake it, he said that they cannot to do that. She came back and told me that and I was obviously annoyed, and she did not offer me anything to compensate for that. I asked why and she said«I don’t know, I do it all the time but he apparently has a problem with it.» Normally I am not irritated easily and I understand policies, as I have worked in customer service yada yada yada, but the REASON I am so irritated is because I clarified specifically over the phone exactly what I meant and it was okayed which is why I went about placing my order, because round table is not my first choice anyway, I would have just went somewhere else if they told me they could not do it in the first place. If they would have said ‘no’ in the first place, it would not have been a problem at all, I was not offered for them to do it as an exception or even any ‘complimentary personal size for next time’ or anything at all, just a ‘sorry’ that meant they wanted me out of there. Like mentioned, it’s the principle of the situation and a lack of customer service.

I’ll be honest. Round table has consistency with their pizza. However, this place is always slam packed and crazy. It seems as if they never have enough staff to handle the demand. I walked in a few weeks ago and had several staff walk by and not even greet me. Eventually a young girl made her way back to the counter and assisted me. They are pricey and always too busy. Go to pizza express or old town pizza!!!

Thought we’d try the Clubhouse Friday, late evening for beer and sliders in the bar… not too many customers… Horrible service. Like we were invisible. Went up to main order counter… Unfriendly, unwelcoming employees. Ordered a pitcher of beer and two orders of sliders. Another 10 min. before someone behind bar and we had to ask again for our beer… 30 minutes for the worst sliders ever. Cold, stale buns, cold dry burgers.

This is a Round Table«Clubhouse.» Nice bar, kids area, tons of TVs, party room. They’ve really updated this place!!! I’ll admit they seem a little understaffed and apparently need to order more glasses but it’s really nice and great for watching games. Nice deco too! Get the West Coast Combo. It’s soooooo delicious.

I went into the new round table the other night with my family had great time. I had few questions about the menu and how to reserve the party room for upcoming event. The person who was helping me was the manager and he took care me with no questions ask. Thanks manager with the giants hat. We will back again

If I could give less than one star I would. I went for my little sisters soccer party and the simple cheese pizza was like $ 25. The pizza wasn’t the best quality and the token machine was not working, my little sister politely asked if the guy working could fix the machine and he rudely responded«no I cannot fix the machine stop asking». Absolutely rude employees and terrible customer service.

We got the large gourmet vegetarian pizza add on sausage and extra artichoke hearts with a large salad. It was all together 39 dollars and something cents. The staff was nice offered me plates, chilies, Parmesan cheese. I was surprised they gave me ranch without asking so I liked that. The pizza’s vegetables were under cooked on top I think it was because we ordered extra artichoke hearts well I feel sure. FYIDON’t mess up a good thing by adding extras Round Table knows what they are doing.

Lunch buffet is always a winner. But stop filling it full of pepperoni. It’s baseball season 7 tvs and not one on baseball. Come on. Still not impressed with this whole club house gig

We decided to give this place a second try, we came in previously right after they opened the new expansion clubhouse and ‘bar’. Won’t be back. We were expecting a full bar, as they had said on our first visit it would only be another week or two, just had a couple glitches to work out. Well, it’s been several months and nope, no ‘real’ drinks, which is only reason we stopped in. So, for our specific visit today and why they are getting a whopping 1 star… First, it’s 3:00PM on Saturday, looks like a party is going on, I’d assume they have ample staff. We walked in and bellied up to the bar. And proceeded to wait. And wait. The gal at the front counter looked at us, but didn’t indicate anything. Nor was she helping anyone. We waited a few more minutes and I realized I left my phone in the truck. As I headed out to retrieve it, I passed the counter, turned back and asked if we needed to order there for service at the bar. She replied, rather snarkily,“Yeah!” Like I was an idiot for not knowing. Last time we ordered and paid at the bar. Ok, fine. Boyfriend came up and placed an order for an Angry Orchard and a Blue Moon. Four customers came in at that point, so she had to help all of them before bringing us our drinks. She finally made it to the bar, slammed my bottle down, startling us both. Brought my BF the wrong beer and couldn’t find an opener for my Angry Orchard. Didn’t offer me a cold glass. Seems like they are understaffed and the employees they DO have, hate their lives and are completely incompetent. What a joke this place is. They should stick to what they did ‘reasonably’ well, pizza and beer. Forget this wannabe D&B joint. Epic failure.

1st trip. Poor service. Wrong pizza. 2nd trip. Poor service. Long black hair in pizza. Manager would not refund just offered another pizza. Like I want another pizza with a long black hair in it. Never again.

The restaurant is clean with nice TV’s and Arcade. BUT, the workers are a different story, I’m not sure how they find their way to work each day.

Horrible service. Ordered a pizza over the phone for take out– the guy said it would take 20 minutes. I got there about 15 minutes after I called. I paid even gave a 3 $ tip. After being there for 25 minutes I asked how much longer, since I called its been 40 minutes. It was the assistant manager who I asked. She asked the cooks how long they had said they dong no. She said give me a time. They said i dong no. She came back to me and said sorry but another 10 minutes. So I started to fill out a comment sheet about my experience. She then asked me for my receipt to give me a discount. I got $ 7 back from my 47 $ bill + 3 $ tip. So the 10 minutes went by and I asked again how much longer. She checked and it would be another 4 minutes. So after t minutes I got my 2 pizzas. I asked for some cheese and peppers and plates which they asked every person if they would like cheese peppers and plates as I waited for my pizzas. I also got a free breadsticks for my next time going back. I will never order or go back there again. I should have received all of my money back for the inconvenience.

Roundtable had originally messed up my delivery order. When I called back the manager promptly cooked me a new pizza, and when I pulled up to give back the messed up order he gave the wrong pizza to some homeless outside. In my opinion it was a great experience and shows there are still kind people.

Thanks to Tyler the store manager at the Elm Avenue Auburn, CA location we will never order from Round Table again. They don’t want to fix their cold pizza because the outer box was WARM when it was delivered according to the driver. He also mentioned complaining looked to be a pattern for free pizza because I insisted that a raw, over sauced thick crust pizza be replaced last month because it was not edible. The driver refused to take the RAW pizza with him when he delivered the burnt replacement. We order a large pizza weekly so we’ll be taking our money to Mountain Mike’s. I hope Corp Round Table and the owner of this location backs him up on this. We’ll see what they have to say. We didn’t touch the pizza and planned on exchanging it but Tyler just sees us as scam artists looking for free pizza instead of CUSTOMERS looking to have an issue corrected. If that was the case, why would I want it replaced vs refunded. No common sense running the show at this location. This crappy cold pizza hit the garbage can, not our dinner table.

We went in with a small group, pizza took a little while but it was good. There is better pizza in town. Especially for the price. We got an XL pizza and a medium with 6 drinks and it was over $ 70! Insane to me considering the pizza was greasy and not amazing. But bad pizza is still pizza, right? Probably won’t be back if we have a choice next time.

We have decided to give this place another chance, but it just keeps getting worse! I really wish the Manager could see that his staff are unprofessional and that quality of the pizza has gone downhill. Cleanliness is still an issue with this Round Table. looks like we will be going back to the other Round Table on HWY49

This is a wonderful Round Table! It sure is a far cry from the awfully run Lake of the Pines Round Table. Here at the Elm location, the manager is personable and super friendly to his paying customers. The employees are obviously valued and it shows in their customer service. They really know how to make a family pizza place a welcome environment. Well done :). Made my Friday lunch a very pleasant experience :)

On average, I think RT pizzas are quite good but, even with a coupon, there’s nothing cheap about pizza. The only way to make the experience worthwhile is if the pizza is consistently good… which it isn’t here. I’m sure they experience a great deal of employee turnover and other issues but I can’t let that be my problem. I’ve had some really good pizzas here but I’m no longer willing to take a chance considering the lousy ones that I’ve also had most recently
