Shane refurbished my garage door opener and replaced the gate opener. He responded to my initial call right away, and made an appointment to look at the job within a week. He arrived on time and was friendly and very easy to talk to. He was thorough in his explanations of the problem and the repair. His prices were reasonable and he was very clear and upfront with the costs. Shane is a bright, professional man who takes great pride in his work. Sorry for the delay on this, but had Shane install a new garage door for me at the end of December. He contacted us by phone after our inquiry, set up a time for him to meet and it was go from there. Very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of his work. He is timely and thorough in making sure there are no surprises for added costs later during installation. We ordered a painted or colored steel door and in a little over two weeks it was up and running. Excellent work down to small details. Showed us full compliment of features before he left, and even called us later that night to thank us for using him. Highly recommend Shane anytime.
