I had a very pleasant experience working with Poulsbo RV in Auburn, on the phone and in person. I had the pleasure of working with 2 of the sales reps, Paul Carroll and Chris Hynek, they were both very kind and patient. Chris was very attentive from start to finish and was able to answer all of our questions with ease; good guy! Toni Logsdon and Rachelle Borngraeber in the finance department were also both very pleasant to work with; all around great experience and I am so excited about my new trailer!

After much looking we found the RV we wanted! A Thor Hurricane. We first went to Paulsbo RV in Everett. We had talked to Randy on the phone first and all seemed great. When we got there he was late to our set appointment and acted put out! He was rude and NO was his answer to getting things fixed in the end. We could not believe this was the sales manager. He was rude and in the end while we loved the RV and they agreed to fix most things we just knew we would never feel good buying from this guy! So we left and went a few days later to Auburn’ Paulsbo RV, thank God! What a completely different experience. Kris met us and he was so wonderful! No pressure, just a Nice guy! He had everything ready when we arrived and we found a fabulous much much better version of the same vehicle. Chris brought Kevin in who had greeted us at the door earlier and Kevin was meticulous at going over the RV Any little flaw and wow! They fixed everything And then some! We were treated with such respect it was truly a pleasure. The entire staff, Chris, Kevin, Tina, Jason and Brad are awesome! Then we thought, well this is so much nicer than the one in Everett the price will be out of reach… They matched our other price plus a mere $ 400. Talk about a completely different experience in every way! The RV is beautiful and works great and we are sure this team will take care of any issues that come up! We are sooooo glad we hung In there and tried the Auburn Paulsbo RV. Thank you Chris and Kevin and to an amazing team! If you want Pros. Go to AUBURN!

POULSBO RV FIFE: I want to make that clear. The reviews I have read about Kent and Auburn have not been good and had I read them f irst we might have thought twice about buying here.
However contrary to what some of theses reviews are saying we found our expierence with FIFE POULSBO RV to be far superior to giant rv where we bought our first rv 9 months ago. We bought a 2013 used Forest River Georgetown «as is «which is always scary when spending that kind of money, and finance pointed out that Wa. state has no cooling off period. So this made it even more scary.
But my brother had purchased 2 rv, s from poulsbo and seemed to like them a lot and recommended them. With this in mind we made the purchase. Upon arriving at our destination we had problems with the jacks and the slides. We called them immediately and they tried very hard to walk us through what might be t h e problem, no luck. Then discovered a propane leak just a pinhole. They had us bring the coach back no questions asked and fixed everything. They have been nothing but nice and very good to deal with.

The only thing that would make them better would be if a few of there sales men looked a little more cheerful and happy. A couple of them could smile a little more.
I did not give five stars because I do not think any place can rate perfect… there is always room for improvement.

My wife, two kids, and I came into Poulsbo RV in Auburn last weekend to look at Class C motorhomes. Right off the bat, we were greeted by a salesman named Chris. You could just tell this young man really loves what he does. We told him we were just here to look, and had no intentions of purchasing until next year, and that did not seem to affect his attitude one bit! After he gave us a great education and answered all our questions, we almost purchased, but with our house on the market still we simply just could not afford it (or so we though) After we exchanged information, and we were about to leave, Chris introduced us to his Sales Manager named Kevin. This man also seemed to love what he does! Kevin came up with a brilliant ideas on how we could financially purchase an RV NOW. We now have an appointment with Chris after our vacation to Idaho to purchase the Motor home of our dreams! I would highly recommend Poulsbo RV of Auburn to anyone looking for a RV, especially Chris and Kevin.

I was a little weary of these guys at first because of the reviews I read online, but I surprisingly had a pretty good experience here. I got the usual sales pitches, emails and phone calls but at the end of the ordeal I got what I consider to be a great deal and experience.
I worked mostly with Kevin Walz and Jon Snyder. Both competent and nice salesman. I was impressed with the delivery phase of the sale and I wasn’t too sure why they scheduled a 2 hr time block for a familiarization tour with one of techs for an 18′ trailer but I am glad they did. I can’t remember his name, maybe Kevin… but he was extremely competent and thorough in showing me the inner workings of every component on the trailer. He literally followed me to the front gate as I drove off to make sure everything was towing ok.
I would go back there for my next trailer

I just picked up my 2014 Forest River FR3 from Poulsbo today. I worked with them 2 weeks ago at the Seattle RV show and dealt with Jim Renzo as the sales person, Rachelle in finance and Kevin in service/​commissioning. I have to say I’m very happy with the service that I received and the end product.
I specifically addressed some of the commentary that I’ve seen on Unilocal with Jim as we were talking and he immediately escalated/​introduced the branch manager to me, who was sincere and honest about areas where they wanted to improve. I liked these guys and decided to move forward *if* they could earn my business.
Jim was businesslike and worked to get the deal that we needed, Rachelle worked effectively and enthusiastically to get the right deal that met our requirements and budget (which wasn’t easy) and Kevin was patient and methodical with our walk through. Our RV was ready, clean serviceable and with a full tank of gas when we picked it up and more importantly, they were on schedule with minimal wasted time. We noted some factory issues at acceptance and those that were fixable immediately they took care of right in front of us and we have a solid plan for the other minor issues.
I have no doubt that they will take care of me as the inevitable little issues come up breaking the rig in. I am not a shill, I appreciate good service and I feel that it’s important to offer a counterpoint to experiences others have shared.
The real proof will be in the long term of course, but I feel after today we are off to an excellent start. I would also note, that we did extensive research as to exactly what we wanted, the price we felt was reasonable — i.e. balancing the small premium for a local dealer who is vested in our loyalty versus an anonymous but cheaper internet wholesaler.
In the end, it was a clean and easy transaction on both sides, I think a qualified buyer, who knows what they want (and are getting into) coupled with some clear, reasonable requirements that the dealer can meet to get you to ‘yes’ goes a long way to a mutually happy outcome.

Found what appeared to be the perfect truck camper online. We called the sales manager who said it was in mint condition and that it was well worth the six hour drive from Bend to Auburn. We get there to discover water damage! We took a day off work, spent god-​knows-​what on deisel fuel to get there and they tell us it’s an additional 2K to fix the water damage if we want the camper. And that was that. We were out all our fuel and time because they were TOO LAZY to inspect the camper before selling. Do NOT go there if you live far away because you will be lied to on the phone.

We purchased a 2003 5^th wheel in Sept 2013 at the Auburn store. Our saleswoman was nice and helpful, so was the service tech that walked us through our delivery detail. The store manager made several promises that fell a long way short of good service and customer satisfaction. We were promised a 5^th wheel hitch installation as part of our trailer purchase. Well… We did get a hitch… A low cost, entry level hitch that really shouldn’t have been installed in a short box Ford 350 trying to pull a 37′ ft fifth wheel. A «slider hitch» should have been installed to assist in cornering and backing this trailer up. When I asked about this at delivery I was told it was «no big deal» and there was plenty of clearance. This just isn’t true! I’ve had at least 4 other RV shops tell me it’s the wrong hitch for the size trailer and truck I have and it’s VERY limited on cornering and unable to back into even a slightly tight spot.
I trusted their input at Poulsbro and their expertise. Big mistake! In addition, the awning on the trailer had several tears and holes in it. The manager agreed to replace it before delivery. Upon delivery day it was only taped up and I was told that this was customary when fixing an awning. They told be the tape would last for years. I asked why it wasn’t replaced and was told that the manager wouldn’t authorize it. We had driven over 200 miles to pick up the trailer and spent the night in a hotel and all the next day on the delivery. I didn’t feel like arguing with them but felt taken advantage of and lied too.
Basically, it feels like this manager would tell us anything to get the sale and then once your name is on the dotted line… All bets are off. It’s been 3 weeks now since the delivery and there was never a follow up customer satisfaction call or any further communication from anyone. I even had to follow up with them about the licensing delays and paperwork. They promised to call me back on it and nothing happened.
By the way. We took the trailer out this weekend. The first time I rolled out the awning it ripped and the tape peeled of in the rain. This was the repair job they did in lieu of replacement that was supposed to last «for years»!
My thoughts are… I will never buy from an out of state dealer again, I won’t deal with Poulsbro, and I won’t be foolish enough to take the word of a dealership again assuming because they are professionals they will do the right thing for their customers.

We recently had a series of life-​changing events that let us to Poulsbo RV in Auburn. We have a 6-​yr old who is terminally-​ill and decided to get out and do as much as possible. So, with a specific budget (somewhat limited) and an idea of what we wanted to do, we started looking. We settled on Class– ‘A’ motorhomes as they would best meet our needs and requirements.
Over the past 12 months, we looked at many RVs located at many dealers as well as for-​sale-​by-​owner coaches. The quality varied across a wide range, from units in horrible condition to the immaculate. Most of the coaches that we liked were either out of our price-​range or, would have resulted in a budget that was stretched terribly thin.
Our search led us back to Poulsbo RV. Even though most listings for used RVs are on their website, CALL THEM. They have many coaches that come in on trade and sometimes it takes a few days for those to show up in the online listings. We called and spoke with the internet sales team and drove to Auburn to take a look at some of the used coaches on the lot. On the phone we spoke to Paul, but he was at another Poulsbo location the evening we arrived, so his associate Alex showed us what they had. Although we looked at many motorhomes that afternoon, the first one that we looked at grabbed our attention, and we ultimately circled back to that coach. It was within our price range, although at the upper end.
There was no high-​pressure sales pitch, Alex simply showed us the coaches that we wanted to look at and recommended the ones within our price range. We looked at some above the range to compare the value and features. Alex highlighted the amenities and features of each coach and then moved on to the next so that my wife and I could have frank, non-​pressured discussions about what we were looking at.
We finished looking at coaches and let Alex know that we had some more coaches to look at the next couple of days. We had Paul’s contact information, and Alex provided us with his. We looked at three comparable coaches at dealers in the local market place (same year, manufacturer, model, and in two cases, same floor plan/​layout). While overall, they were in the same condition, many of the coaches hadn’t been cleaned, which surprised us because we had scheduled appointments to look at them. The coach at Poulsbo RV was very clean, and immaculate, and in-​fact it had even been staged with interior plants, place settings, etc. The comparable coaches were priced somewhat lower, however the attention to detail and friendliness led us back to Poulsbo. Poulsbo may take some coaches that aren’t in great shape as trade-​in, however those coaches never make it onto their lot for resale. Our coach was like brand new inside. The carpet, cabinets, furniture, upholstery, dash and bath were all in excellent condition.
We told Paul what our budget was and the figure that we had to work with. Paul worked with the GSM and GM of the dealership and we purchased our coach at a competitive price-​point. We purchased the PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) which I highly recommend. Brad and the service team went through the coach top to bottom and then performed a walk-​through with us and highlighted the features and functions of the coach. They also walked us through the PDI and any items that had been fixed or that needed to be fixed.
Overall we are very happy with Poulsbo RV in Auburn. Will Rogers and his team (Paul, Brad, Tina and the rest of the crew) made sure that we had a quality coach that met our needs and was ready to go.
