Mach 5 Aviation

Mach 5 is a very professionally run flight school. I did some of my primary training here and all of my instrument training. All of the instructors that I have worked with are really helpful, and the planes are maintained in excellent fashion. I would recommend Mach 5 to anybody looking for a flight school.

My husband started his private pilot’s program at Mach 5 a few months back and he absolutely loves it. He has flown with a few of the instructors and he has nothing but praise for all of them. My husband’s main instructor is Andrew and from what my husband tells me, Andrew has been amazing.
Everyone at Mach 5 is very enthusiastic about flying! They have made it such a fun and enjoyable experience for my husband. Also, everyone has been very professional! I have been to almost all of my husband’s flying lessons at Mach 5 and went up in the air with him and Andrew, and I have had such a blast every time! It really feels like the folks at Mach 5 cares about their students!
Mach 5’s staff is extremely flexible with their schedule. They have worked with my husband’s work schedule and accommodated him with whatever he needed. Mach 5 is open on weekends and holidays. They have an awesome online scheduling system that makes it very easy for busy students to learn.
My husband just solo-​ed for the first time (yay!) and it was such a success because of the great work by the Mach 5 team!

I had the good fortune to find Mach 5 when I began flying again after a 35 year absence… at the age of 69. Without reservation, I can honestly say that this is the best damn group of instructors and mechanics in the Lincoln/​Auburn area… maybe the Sacramento area. If you’re looking for quality instruction or maintenance, do yourself a favor… check out Mach 5. I predict you won’t be disappointed.

Mach 5 Aviation is the best flight school in the Sacramento area! I was an instructor at Mach 5 for the past 4 years before moving out of town for a new job. Bottom line, I highly recommend this fun and professional organization!
