Great service in the bar. Bartender Johnathon super friendly and easy going. Food was delicious and there was no shortage of it, plates are pretty big. Decent priced food and drinks. Clean restrooms and resteraunt overall.

Today I felt I was rip off at lunch, I order 2 tacos Carne Asada from the menu and one coke and went I saw the bill was 14.34 when I saw the waiter charged me 3.95 for one taco and the other 6.20 I was shocked. I ask him why he charged like way and he stated that if you should order 3 tacos is only 9.95 He’s attitude was rude and care less. This is my second time for lunch and I wasn’t Impressed by the food or customer service. They teat me like a «Mexican» treated other«Mexican» anyway one more less customer :/expensive for lunch.

I ordered the chicken mole around 4 pm and it was NOT good. When it arrived at the table I had to do a double take because it was so light colored and then it tasted like peanut butter with sugar. I see other mole pictures people have posted here that have that dark chocolate color. Maybe they didn’t have chocolate? Either way they should have warned me if they were out of ingredients. For a plate over $ 14– what a rip off! And then my friend orders a shredded beaf burrito that wasn’t hot. Besides that at least the service was great.

I have eaten here numerous times, so I guess I love it! My favorite is the fajitas. They taste the most similar to Dallas area Mexican food restaurants that I can find. I miss the Tex-Mex flavors of Mexican food restaurants, so a hint of home is awesome to me. Never seen a Tex-Mex place put mushrooms in fajitas, so I would suggest they discontinue this practice. I also order the enchiladas divorciados a lot. I love the poblano sauce, I like the mole sauce, and I can’t stand the ranchero sauce. They need to make a Tex-Mex chili con-carne sauce instead. Almost every Mexican food restaurant in Texas uses the chili sauce. Fresh, hot tortillas served with butter and honey would be awesome too. If they’d follow my few suggestions, this place would be the BOMB!

Not good. I’ve been twice now and the food isn’t impressive and it’s overpriced. Service was just ok both times, this time I ordered enchiladas which weren’t covered in enchilada sauce but rather some distant cousin of a mole. Horrible. I always take leftovers and I left mine here. I won’t ever be returning.

Good service. Friendly waiter. No waiting to be seated. The food however was nothing special. I would not order it again. I had the enchilada and chile relleno plate.

Ups adn downs, but it is one of the better Mexican places in the area and I truly enjoy the lamb shank, la borrejas. Drinks are stiff, as well, so thats good news. The beans and rice are as standard as you can get; they look like the same ones you get at 1,000 other places. Pretty enjoyable entrees, above average mole sauce, a little too much cheese with some stuff, but again its par for the course. much of it looks and tastes like everything else in its genre; better than the local Mexican chain of restaurants, but not by a ton. Still, the lamb shank aside, the ingredients are fresh, they are relatively quick, and the drinks are generous.

This would have gotten 5 stars had our second visit not been so drastically different from the first! The first visit was nearly 3 weeks ago and we had EXCELLENT, friendly service and the food was quite yummy!(2 peach margaritas, and 3 combos: cheese enchilada and a pork tamale w rice and beans; pork tamale and a chicken taco w rice and beans; two burritos w green and red sauce w rice and beans). It was great food and our server was wonderful — she was friendly, knowledgable(I’m allergic to gluten.) and professional. She and that visit deserved 5+ stars! A week later we returned with a party of 6 to celebrate a birthday. The women that sat us and kept our water pitchers and chips/salsa full were great. Our waiter on the other hand was HORRIBLE. He so obviously didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to deal w a party of 6. He got half of our orders wrong and gave us an attitude when we told him. The birthday«boy» couldn’t get what he wanted because the waiter couldn’t understand that he wanted red sauce on his burrito and not the green — despite asking respectfully in Spanish. When the food arrived he barked«hot plate!!!» at each of us when less attitude and volume was more than adequate. He was obviously having a bad day/night. The food was OK(soggy tacos and the margaritas were«just OK» this time), but 2 of us got stomach aches that night. There was NO way I could explain gluten free to him — although in retrospect I probably could have just asked for the manager to be sure my food was GF like the week prior(I ordered the same thing.). We’ll go back, to give them another shot as the first visit was drastically different and we’ll be sure NOT to sit in that waiters section again.

Pass on this restaurant, and review your check carefully as they overcharged us for our dinner and drinks, lied about the manager being available and refused to make it right. Also staff was drinking on the job while we were eatting our meal.

We have dinner here once a week. The dish I have is very good. The service in the bar is slow compared to the restaurant section so I recommend eating in the restaurant.

Best Mexican food ever. Giant portions and all the food is fresh and good quality. I’ve been to a ton of different Mexican food places from Seattle to Tacoma and this place is still by far my favorite. The chicken fajitas are to die for. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.

Great shredded beef. I’m usually pretty picky and I’ve had a lot of sub-par shredded beef at Mexican restaurants. Here it is juicy, moist and flavorful. Also had a margarita which had really good flavor and was pretty strong. Quite impressed, especially since it’s in auburn. Will definitely be back

Decent fajitas, good beer on tap. Good Televisions so the bar is perfect for game day. I really enjoy negra modelo amber on tap . Think I’ll start coming here for my Seahawks.

Okay, so the food here can be pretty hit or miss. My first experience with the fish tacos was horrible. The next time around I got the delux burrito and it was AWESOME! We had to go back the next day and get another one. My mom got the street tacos and those were great as well. As far as the service goes, it’s what’s to be expected. Fast, friendly and accurate. Actually I’d say that in my experience it has been above average hence the 4 stars instead of three. The servers were attentive without hovering over me and they were very helpful when I try to use my broken Spanish to order my meal. Lastly, they pour some strong drinks. None of that pouring shots from a gun that gives you exactly one shot which I also appreciate.

I had dinner with friends here. The service was responsive. I had the Chicken en Mole Poblano and the Agua de Horchata. The Agua de Horchata was refreshing. And the Mole had a little bit of spice and sweetness that made the chicken taste great. I loved the cole slaw that came with it. The rice and refried beans were standard. The tortilla chips and salsa appetizers were delicious. Ambience is colorful and fun with nice artwork.

This place is my number one most favorite restaurant in the entire world! I love this place. AWESOME food/service. I had the nachos and they made sure to keep them mild and free of any hot spices. I was very happy bout that. They were really nice and very helpful and the food was quick.

Just there for lunch with several coworkers, and we were all impressed. We were greeted and seated quickly. The menu is large and goes way beyond the average Mexican food fare. I had the Pollo Con Crema De Portugeus. It was excellent! Not to creamy and loaded with fresh vegetables and chicken.

This place is the ultimate Mexican restaurant. I encourage everyone to try this place out. A few entrees to try are Chicken Culiche, Chicken Mole, Pollo A La Crema, and the meatball soup.

Met a friend here for lunch. We sat in the bar as it was less busy than the main restaurant. Friend ordered the combo enchilada & tostada. It was alright. Not as good as our favorite place La Hacienda in Renton. I had a steak & veggie sauté dish that I requested mushrooms for in place of green peppers. Waitress did not inform me there would be an additional charge. :(It was good however & I would order again. :)
