I bought a $ 200 pair of Ray Bans at Kinnucan’s, which came with a 24 month warranty. Eight months into the warranty, the pair snapped in half for seemingly no reason. RayBan says that Kinnucan’s should handle the warranty with me directly, but after several attempts to swap them out under warranty, Kinnucan’s continued to say that it was RayBan’s problem and not theirs. I ended up going to Sunglass Hut as a last ditch effort, since they are also a retailer for RayBan. They swapped them out, no questions asked, even though I did not purchase them there. They will get all of our future sunglasses business.

I could not go anywhere without the overbearing sales staff in my business. Way way too much. When my mother signed up for a rewards card, they asked for her age and literally laughed in her face. The staff was not polite and one of them got really personal trying to get information. Not a great way to earn repeat business. That being said, great selection of TOMS.
