I hate that I even have to write this review. I love Jimmy John’s and I used to be a frequent customer. However, today I saw something that made me never want to eat there again. The driver brought the wrong order to my coworker. My coworker had opened the bag and started eating the chips. The driver came back and brought the correct order but took back the sandwich that had been delivered and put it back in the bag to take to the correct customer. I think a new sandwich should have been made for the customer because the driver doesn’t know what may have happened to that sandwich after he left it.

Last night I bought a jimmy johns giant club sandwich.
It arrived in a timely manner and the driver was kind and professional.
I ate and later went to bed feeling fine.
I woke up feeling sickly. Head ache, stomach ache, fatigue, weak etc.
I got dressed and got to work. What happens next may be a bit graphic for some viewers.
I Feel sick all morning, I almost threw up (while on the toilet).
I ended up skipping my lunch because I felt so sick and slept in my car.
I crapped over 8 times at work today!
I can absolutely attribute this sickness to the jimmy johns I ate the night before.
This is NOT the first time it’s happened but it’s the last because I’m not going to this location ever again

recently started ordering Jimmy Johns, every time its been awesome! On time, if not a minute or two early, and my order is always right! Drivers are polite, and friendly!

The service is literally as fast as they claim on their commercials, place you order and get your drink, by the time you’ve done that your sandwich is ready! Tuna salad was great, also their club was pretty good too.

I prefer JJ’s to Subway and Sub Shop, but this location always seems to be off. I’ve been here several times since they opened, and for whatever reason the sandwiches are never as good as the Kent location I usually visit. The proportion of toppings is always wrong and the bread doesn’t seem as fresh. Probably won’t be back!

Yeah… Sandwiches delivered is wonderful, just wonderful. I’ve ordered 10+ times and appreciate they’re always fast and courtesy. I get Tom #4 with mayo. It fills me up leaves me satisfied, bbq chips and dill pickle are must haves too.

It’s just OK. The sandwich did not have a lot of meat, mostly bread which smells kind of yeasty. Super fast, though, and the price was pretty good. I thought the music was a bit loud too, but that seems to be the trend everywhere these days.

After being ridiculously hungover I really needed food and ordered jimmy John’s. I literally went to the bathroom washed my face and brushed my teeth and my food arrived. 5 stars on service and speed, but 3 stars on food. Second time only having jimmy John’s my whole life so I’m not sure if love it or not. Maybe its because I’m hungover but my first time it tasted better. Next time I order I will ask for light mayo because they seem to use a lot and I had to take more then half of it off my sandwich, other then that decent sandwiches when your stuck at home (:

I love jimmy johns! Took a little long to deliver today but it’s very good! It’s nasty weather out so it’s fine, since this location opened I completly stopped going to subway and rarely go to jersey mike’s. Jimmy johns for the win.

Just got the «JJBLT» plus cheese! Seriously almost no lettuce, two thin slices of tomatoes on this «8in sub», thin slice of waxy bacon, and a tiny dab of mayo… Invisible cheese maybe? By far the worst BLT I have ever had! Get it together JJ’s

After countless times I’ve ordered a JJ sandwich it’s about time I write a review. JJ is definitely a go-​to for me. When you don’t know what you’re craving for? When you don’t feel like waiting over thirty minutes to get something in your tummy? If you’re lucky you can even have them deliver to you! All of their sandwiches are good. Way better than Subway if you ask me… And about the same price. If you’re in a hurry and know exactly what you want, JJ is perfect. Unlike Subway, each item on the menu is already made a certain way so you don’t really have options on what you specifically want in it (not a bad thing bc everything is yummy) and that’s why they’re so fast! There’s no asking what bread, meat, cheese, and veggies you want. They remember all of the sandwiches.
Personally I recommend #12 the beach club. Turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, provolone cheese, and mayo. Ugh I just ate one and it still sounds good.
Also #9 and gargantuan.

Nice new location, sandwiches are good, but if you have 15 people working you should get my order right! It is always wrong. They need to work on working as a team.
Though it is Jimmy Johns standards to be squeeky clean, the business model is retarded. Less staff is probably better.
Subs so fast you’ll freak? Yeah because I they for got mayo and mustard packages again. Hey where the napkins?

I’ve ordered twice for delivery. They delivered within 15 minutes! We’re about a 5 minute drive away. But still love the convenience of a fast delivery!
Today I ordered online for pickup since we were in our way home and were going to pass by anyway. It was ready as soon as we got there. And I ordered online when I was 5min away.
They also have a drive thru window

This is the newest/​nicest JJs I’ve ever been in. Walked in, saw the usual 20 employees that every JJs has and when I got my sandwich by the time I finished paying I remembered why JJs is the best! Will be back!
