This office made an error on my niece’s tax return that cost her over $ 2,500. They take no responsibility for putting another person’s tax info into her folder and claiming an education credit that they made up. Beware. Their attitude is too bad so sad. Nothing we can/​will do. We have a claim with corporate headquarters but it sounds like they won’t do anything either. Use a VITA tax preparer or do your own using Free Forms through the IRS website. I will update this comment if their office does anything to make amends for their error.
I was working for H&R Block at another office but quit when I saw how H&R Block handles errors they made on a customers return.
