I had a neighbor who recommend this pediatric office. I made an appointment for my 3 year old’s first visit. We get there 30 minutes early because I figured I would have paperwork to fill out. They had 3 playstations set up. 2 children’s book, 2 trucks. No other toys or books. Not impressed. Walls weren’t child friendly colors as I thought they would be. Meet the hygienist. She seemed nice. Took us to a room with a glass door. Asked my son to sit in her chair. Told him she was going to count his teeth. No problem. Then she tried to lay the chair back. Scared him to death. She then insisted I «hold him down» so she can count his teeth. Reluctantly I did. Then she leaves he calms down. In walks the dentist he wants to do the same thing. My son wants nothing to do with this. Then the dentist brushed fluoride on his teeth. My son freaked out the fluoride was like glue he was spitting and everything. I will never go there again. Parents if you have a hygienist you like take your kids there!
