I had a wonderful experience here! My consultant was Daryn, she was so kind and helpful. She listened to everything I had to say and made sure I had what I wanted.
I had a large number of people with me because I don’t live in state and they were so accommodating. They made me feel like it wasn’t an issue and totally made it work!
I really appreciated how friendly everyone there was and they really made us feel welcome. True professionals.
On top of all that, I found my dress! :D

I do not even know where to start. I have been here twice and I have had over the top AMAZING experiences each time! The staff are all sweethearts, so nice and attentive and he gowns are gorgeous! They accommodated me on a Saturday afternoon, with no appt (very very last minute) and squeezed me in no problem! Can’t wait to bring back my bridal party :) 5 stars for sure!!!

Love this place! Great customer service every time I went in, either alone for my wedding gown or with my sister/​sisters-​in-​law for bridesmaid dress shopping. They are very organized, have classic styles, modern styles, and dresses for every budget. Would recommend!

Staff were very friendly and nice, and my dress was absolutely gorgeous! In the end it came out amazing.
I will say, when I first bought my dress, they suggested a price they thought alterations would be and it was nearly four times that…
Also, when I planned to get my bridesmaid dresses there, they gave me an amount for which they would take off my dress amount. When I paid for my dress, I was so excited, I didn’t even think about it and they didn’t offer. I went back to pick up som of my bridesmaids’ dresses and they gave me back less than what they told me. Luckily I had had them write it down and it was on my folder, so then they had to reimburse me the rest. Advocate for yourself and get things in writing!
Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience and I absolutely loved my dress and how it came out!

Although she be little, she be fierce! Its a small boutique but it makes up for it in experience. I purchased my wedding dress from Elizabeth Ann’s and will be getting my bridesmaids dresses from there. They are super sweet, and give you all the attention in the world. I went twice, once they knew I definitely wasn’t buying that day and another to maybe buy. I had no idea what I wanted and they were so patient with me while I tried on no less than 30 dresses between the two appointments. I do suggest and appointment but when when I dropped in, they were more than willing to try to accommodate me. Look no further for all your wedding dress needs!

To say that I had a positive experience with Elizabeth Ann would be a serious understatement. Their owners and staff are friendly, accommodating, helpful and most of all, excited for your wedding. I felt that they were almost as invested in my big day as I was — they humored my indecisiveness, encouraged my ideas, and found solutions to things that I thought might be impossible. From my very first phone call to the last fitting, I felt like I was their top priority — as I’m sure did their other customers!
I purchased an Allure dress from Elizabeth Ann. I had fallen in love with a particular style in a photo and tracked the designer down to Elizabeth Ann. They did not carry the style I wanted but helped me to find it to try on and then helped me to create a custom order as I wanted a very specific decal off another dress altogether to be added to my dress. Every time I came in for a dress fitting, the owners and employers were just as enthusiastic and invested as I was, which made the whole experience even more fun.
The only caution that I would have (and the on;y reason I gave a 4.5 for flexibility although the shop itself is VERY flexible) is that, if you are pressed for time on your alterations, you may want to take the dress elsewhere as their seamstress was very sweet but her schedule was full and not very flexible. Either way, Elizabeth Ann would ensure that your dress was perfect for your wedding, I have no doubt.
I would be remiss in not mentioning that my dress was absolutely breathtaking! As I mentioned, I was in love with it from the first moment I saw it but the reality of the dress after being altered, steamed and the new belt decal added was just perfection. I received dozens of compliments on the dress and was just obsessed with it myself.
I have recommended Elizabeth Ann many times over and will continue to whenever I have the opportunity!
