Diamond Nails

Use Unilocal to find this nail salon it said they were open till 7:00 PM I walked in exactly 5 o’clock asked if I can have a fill and a pedicure receptionist nice gal She started the water said please wait! waited approximately 15 minutes someone came over to start my toes. Was done with my pedicure in bout ten mins! started the massage and then the receptionist asked me if I wanted a full set. I asked for a fill and a pedicure. The lady said the lady that just left was the only person that can actually do my fill !! wow so I’m here at 5:15 and no one can do my nails! They didn’t even bother to call her from the parking lot!!!
I asked if they could take off the nail polish off my hands all she did was take off the polish! They couldn’t even take off the cotton! See pictures!
A older white guy came in about 5:30 and went to a back room and never say him again… Wonder if he got all his services completed!
I will never return and hope you don’t even try it!

Talk about SLOW!!!
First off I called and wasn’t sure that I had actually gotten a business because the guy answered hello. I had to ask if it was diamond nails. I went in to get a fill and a pedicure. It should have taken an hour or less. But no I was there for 2 hours. Granted it would have helped if the two ladies would have paid more attention to the customers rather then their conversation or the kids that were running around. I will grant that they do good work but they need to be faster.

I decided to give this place a try because of all the good reviews. It is nearby my home, so I really wanted to love it, but I was sadly disappointed. When I called the phone was answered «hello?» So I had to ask if I called the right place. They were able to get me in right away, which was great since I had a last minute baby sitter and hadn’t had my nails done in a year and a half. When I got there a nail tech yelled across the room «hello, what can we do for you.» I picked my color and they had me take a seat in the pedi chair while the water was running. They put the soaking salts in after my feet were emerged and there were no jets. The massager on the chair was nice though. The pedicure was nothing special, the massage was subpar, but my feet still look better than they have in a while. She painted the nails before the massage, which was different and I think made the massage more lackluster than it could have been. The manicure was disappointing. She cut my nails with the cuticle nipper and took off so much length that they’ve been cut to the nubs. The employees all spoke loudly to one another in Vietnamese and English. It was just very unprofessional. The place was not clean and the dust was causing my allergies to act up. When I paid they charged me $ 10 more than the listed menu price because they trimmed my nails — isn’t that a normal part of a pedicure? It was still cheap, but I will never go back. This place does NOT deserve a 5 star rating.

I’ve seen this place and have always wanted to stop in. Finally had an extra long lunch and decides to swing by. The owners are husband and wife. Sweet and welcoming. They do things a little differently. I got a manicure and pedicure. During my pedicure she did the normal cleaning clipping etc, then she painted my nails and then did the massage. It’s very thoughtful this way. While your nails are drying you get a nice little relaxing massage and when she’s done, your all dry and ready to go home! Credit cards accepted, great pricing, clean and very personable and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back again!!!

David and Victoria do excellent job. They are very friendly and the shop is nice and clean. My good friend told me about them on the first day they opened. I’m glad I went to their shop and have been back several times. My cousin and I both go there. It’s good the shop is open on Sunday. I like that.

Quality work, reasonably priced. Just went in today which is my fourth visit. Husband and wife owners. Friendly and accommodating. My cousin also has her nails done by David and Victoria and is very happy with the quality.

This place is awesome!!! The guy did really good job on my pink and white fill. I am super picky on my nails, so I am glad I tried this place. They are very friendly and funny couple.

This was my first pedicure at this place. It’s brand new and I love that businesses are renovating and moving into an old, rundown small strip mall. They really rolled out the red carpet for me. Very friendly couple running the place. Because I was given a $ 10 coupon from a neighboring business, I got a $ 10 pedicure! Great massage. Great service. Loved it! I’ll be back.
