Never had one off a food truck. I did today at the wild strawberry and arts festival today in Burien. Awesome! I’ll be looking for them this summer. I had an «Arti».

I’m always glad to see the Crisp truck at Starbucks. I love the«Arti» and always get it with peppered bacon! Yummy!!! Or sometimes I get it with a fried egg which is just as good, The banana salted caramel is amazing! But I really love their specials as well. The staff is fun and friendly and they are always playing great music! Great job Crisp Creperie! Fan Forever!

I’ve had the Blondie and the Drunken Sow for lunch every Thursday for the last two years, and i _still_look forward to it every week. It’s the only meal i eat around my work neighborhood that i’m still really excited about. The best thing about this truck, though, are the specials. Any time there’s a new creation it’s always wonderful — do NOT miss the Thanksgiving Crêpe when it comes around!

I love the crêpe truck! Their crepes are full of yummy fillings. The savory crepes make a filling and delicious lunch. My favorite, and usual, is the«Arti» with added bacon. Their sweet crepes include the classic Nutella as well as some of their own concoctions. Each crêpe is hand made and delicately crafted. Would recommend to everyone.

After a decent run, the truck was sold in late 2014. For a time, the crepes seemed the same. Now, they’re different. I recently brought two friends to the truck and raved about the crepes. I was embarrassed because it was not as I described and it definitely hurt my street cred. Three of us shared a blondie — salted caramel banana for $ 8. The portion is healthy and definitely worth that price. However, the balance between ingredients(ratio of bananas to everything else) could use some improvement. My friend kept complaining as she looked for more salted caramel. Honestly, I couldn’t tell if there was any in there. The biggest problem with the crêpe is the texture. Typically, when you cut a crêpe with a plastic knife, one swipe will do. My other friend and I silently(and awkwardly) sawed back and forth three times eat in order to break a bite off. The flavor of the crêpe was forgettable. One of my friends took one bite and refused to eat anymore. I took the rest back to my office downtown to see if anyone else would eat it. Service was good and the line for the truck was short. I liked that we were told ahead of time that our crêpe would take 15 minutes, although I’m not sure why it took that long.

I love that this food truck comes to my office building once a week. The team is great and their crepes are delicious. As a vegetarian, options are limited on the savory side of the menu, however any adjustments I’ve asked for have been made. I love the veggie & pesto(both with or without the fried egg) and have ordered the prosciutto and brie without the prosciutto and with extra arugula and apples. Today I started my journey into the sweet side of the menu with the nutella and banana, which did not disappoint.

We ate at this food truck during a Marymoor Park outdoor movie. They were clearly overwhelmed as we not only had to wait an hour in line to place our order, but we had to wait another hour to get our crepes. I was hoping the wait was worth it, but ultimately what we got didn’t taste like authentic crepes. The crêpe itself was not thin, but thick like a pancake. The filling was excessive and ultimately tasted way too sweet. My kids got the Nutella and marshmellow crêpe and they felt like it was too sweet, which says a lot. I ordered the strawberry and lemon curd crêpe and was hoping I would taste more fruit than overly sweet jam, but that was not the case. I will chalk this up to the food truck owners getting overwhelmed due to the crowds as this food truck has clearly received great reviews. Maybe their savory crepes are better?

Food trucks will always hold a special place in my heart, and this one beats every other truck I’ve ever visited. The ingredient combinations are fresh and expertly balanced. The Rosemary lemonade is to-die-for. And most importantly, ALWAYSGETTHESPECIAL. The weekly special is always a surprise in a crêpe and very filling. My favorite so far was the coconut chicken curry. My favorite regular-menu items are the Prosciutto and Brie and the Banana Salted Caramel. The chef is hospitable, funny and dances constantly. All-in-all, it is a wonderful experience.

Amazing! And I’m super stingy with my stars. This crêpe measures up to a crêpe I had Paris, so I am super impressed. Brie and prosciutto was my choice, it’s perfect! Creamy Brie, salty prosciutto, apples, arugula. Yum! I was hesitant since I thought the price was a little high, but totally worth it. Service was quick and they were very nice. I don’t want it to end.

Fantastic crepes, the turkey artichoke crêpe is to die for. The strawberry Nutella crêpe is a treat.

Fantastic Crêpe. I had the turkey and artichoke — so amazing. We live in Georgia and I tracked this truck down on a short visit — so glad I did. The price was very reasonable for the quality of food served. Flavors that blended perfectly — very well done. I will be back and order a sweet crêpe as well. Thanks so much.

I had the pleasure of working with Crisp this weekend(they were catering the wedding I was coordinating) and they were wonderful! The truck showed up on time, they were flexible with their setup, they offered very reasonable pricing for the event, and the owners are so friendly and sweet! In addition to the above praise, their crepes are delicious and so many guests commented on how happy they were with the food. If you are hosting a small to medium-sized event and you want delicious, reasonably priced food, as well as great service, hire these guys!

I get so excited when the Crisp Creperie food truck is scheduled to come near my office! At their suggestion I ordered the veggie pesto and added bacon. It’s mushrooms, fresh spinach and other seasonal veggies in a pesto/balsamic sauce. So flavorful! Is a bit pricey($ 9 for a standard, add $ 1 for egg or $ 2 for bacon) but the crêpe is huge and could easily serve as two meals. For someone with such a sweet tooth, its a small wonder I haven’t ordered a sweet crêpe yet. One of these days I will! I was also pleasantly surprised to get a free rosemary lemonade for checking in. It was a bit too sweet for my taste(I like my lemonade sour), but hey it was free!

If I lived in Seattle, I would definitely visit this food truck again. I came right before they were closing, and they had run out of turkey for the Turkey and Artichoke crêpe. They were great and were willing to substitute ham instead, after I told them I really wanted the artichoke still. I wish I had gotten a sweet crêpe too! The guys that work there(Jon and Evan), were fun to talk to while my crêpe was being made and had smiles on their faces while putting up with me being really picky. Thanks guys!

Crisp Creperie recently brought their food truck to the site I work at and there is absolutely nothing negative I can say about the food or the two gentlemen that run the truck. The food is delicious! I tried the banana-caramel crêpe which is quite simply delectable. One coworker had the raspberry smoothie and another the vanilla bean milkshake. Their only problem was that they wished they could have gotten a bigger smoothie and shake :) The two men who run the truck are super nice, very friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. So, not only do you get amazing food at a decent price, you also get excellent customer service which is so rare today.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Crisp Creperie. I first had a crêpe from their food truck on Bastille Day 2012 at the Seattle Center. My now husband and I shared an apple and lemon dessert crêpe. Each, equally delicious. I recently rediscovered Crisp ran their truck near my work. I now go there weekly, every Thursday to get my savory customized crêpe. Yes, these guys are flexible in meeting your crêpe needs. Delicious savory crepes, delicious sweet crepes, and you are always greeted with a smile. I would recommend to all who are looking for a delicious crêpe, visit Crisp Creperie.

Honestly I’ve never had a savory crêpe and the last crêpe I’ve had period was in of all places Dublin. For whatever reason as I walked by their truck today I thought this is the day! I’m so glad that I did. Ordered the prosciutto and brie crêpe and loved it. Excellent ingredients, and the combination of flavors were superb. There was a party in my mouth and everyone was invited, and they all showed up. Vanilla Bean milkshake was pretty dang good too. I think I’ll head back this afternoon for a dessert crêpe.

Ok here’s my review: I want to curl up inside a banana-salted caramel crêpe and stay there forever. Velvety vanilla pudding and crispy buttery cookies and omg I’m drooling on myself just thinking about it. There is something absolutely magical about this food truck. I think they use magic. Today I had the rosemary lemonade for the first time. Holy shit! It’s the most incredible non-alcoholic beverage you will ever hope to imbibe. The prosciutto-brie is perfection. Lemon curd and strawberry, yes please. It’s always bittersweet when you get your crepes* though. The guys are cool as hell so you want to stay and hang out, but you were also just handed edible food-gold so you want to go stuff all that deliciousness down your face hole. *Plural because if you order just one you really need to rethink your life choices.

I had the prosciutto and brie crêpe — it was awesome. A great combination of flavors. My husband and I shared the Nutella and marshmallow crêpe as well. It’s VERY sweet, but hey, it’s a dessert crêpe. I’d order from here again, definitely. Good quality food and really great service.

Epic crepes. $ 8−10/crêpe, filling enough to share for two. Crisp does not mess around. Turkey and peppered bacon was very high quality, served with onion marmalade. Quick service. Might return to try the turkey, avocado, red pepper, artichoke. Thank God for Crisp in this dead zone btw SLU /downtown! Currently at the Toyota downtown dealership on Thursdays :)
