Awful! The service was the worst. We had to wait forever for our drinks. some of us had to go get them at the bar ourselves. When we finally got our check she never came back for it. We had to take our check up to her. Not once did management ask our extremely large party how everything was and our waitress didn’t bother asking either. I made the mistake of ordering the fish tacos. I couldn’t finish them because they were cold and dry. I would have said something when the waitress came by to check but she didn’t. I wrote a complant on their website and the store manager called me. he was trying to figure it out and would call back but never did. I will never go back there.

One of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to. Service is usually mediocre at best. Always forgetting something and the management doesn’t seem to be on the ball. Dirty tables left for over an hour every time I’ve been in. I’ve emailed the manager about not serving alcohol to someone in our party who had legitimate ID and no response. If you want bad service and and so so food make the stop otherwise try the foodcourt at Auburn mall lol.

It was ok. Very friendly service. Our spinach artichoke dip was the worst we have ever had. The carrots were rubbery and dry. The wings were ok, but not great. We have average food every time and won’t be returning.

Bad place. 1st time I’ve been there it was so over priced for mediocre wings that were super dry and I didn’t even order the dry rub along with the beer being skunked! The 2nd time we got a drink at the bar and the bartender was very rude in a way that it felt like I was inconveniencing her when I was ordering a drink. When we went to our table they wouldnt allow me to transfer the drink to my table tab which was annoying even though the restaurant was empty. I then ordered a different type of wings than the previous time and decided to be adventurous and order maple flavored boneless wings. These wings made me SICK. As soon as they were brought out you could smell the sweetness coming from the wings and they looked like they were just tossed in maple syrup. I had to cover them in Bleu Cheese in order to try and block the flavor of these wings. In the end both times cost so much more than any local place for horrible food and I would never recommend this for someone coming to Western New York for any bar type food. There are much better local places.

Weasel the mistake of stopping on for wings within the first week they opened. We got seats at the bar, and the first thing I noticed is that this place is LOUD!!! Between the huge numbers of televisions which are all blasting different channels, the patrons, and how everything echos off of the brick walls, you literally have to scream to place your order and converse. All the servers and bartenders were running around seemingly not having a clue. All the food orders around us at the bar, and ours, came out wrong. I ordered wings. Now, wings are something pretty easy but on the menu they come 4 different sizes, appetizer, small, med, and large. No where on the menu does it tell you how many wings are in each order. I asked the bartender and was told they were by the pound??? Then she asked 2 other bartenders and got 3 different answers. Obviously no one knows how many wings are served Ina wing joint? It should be on the menu to ward off extra questions. When my wings finally showed up they were pretty good, but a bit too sloppy with sauce. I ordered the crinkle cut potato chips on the side and they came out barely cooked and squishy. My guy ordered the Build your Own Burger and that was just mediocre also. It was an unthawed quarter pounder, the likes of which could have been juicer and hotter if actually ordered from McDonalds. We will give it one more shot after the managers, kitchen, and servers have more experience and training. Maybe 6 months or so.

Stopped in here at 3pm in the afternoon for some lunch after hitting bass pro and had a good experience. I am a b-dubs fan and usually hit the one in Ithaca every Tuesday for wing/trivia night with the guys and this place performed as well as Ithaca in my opinion. The service was prompt, friendly and the waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. As it was a Saturday I ordered the fried chicken sandwich buffalo style w/bluecheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and fries. The fries here are always a little disappointing as they are thin and sometimes over cooked but this time they were still thin but cooked perfect. Still prefer thicker fries. The sandwich was just as good as it ever is, crunchy, good amount of sauce. Fresh bun, fresh veggies and overall is a decent sandwich. This experience was just what I expected which was good. This place is no Old Union Hotel and honestly I did like Parker’s wings better(in Auburn) but this place is a good stop for a quick lunch. Yes it’s a franchise but their prices are decent, the service is good and the food is pretty good.

Horrid. While this corporate chain has never been a favorite this location has been acceptable for college and pro football on Saturday and Sunday. Never again. We arrived yesterday to an empty bar and a seemingly nice, young, inexperienced bartender behind the bar. We grabbed menus and ordered a beer and a Jameson. To my dismay he would only serve me the Jameson and I had to finish it before he allowed me my beer. Are we in Utah?! When confronted he went on and on about this dumb rule and passed the buck to his shitty employer and continued to attempt to lecture me about alcohol. Is this a bar that wants to make money or not ? Fail. We will never ever return. I go to bars and restaurants to relax and enjoy myself. I don’t need some 23 year old kid monitoring my alcohol ordering. Hospitality is about taking care of your customers. We were going to eat lunch as well. We paid our outrageous tab and got the hell out of there.

We received such HORRIBLE service. Our waitress kept herself scarce just about the entire time. We had to flag somebody else down to go find her — not once, but TWICE — because it was taking so long for us to get our drinks… and when we needed refills. The food was decent(average). Took a long time to flag down the Waitress of the Year AGAIN to get our check. I would’ve given a very low tip(or none at all) but my husband wanted us to be nice so we gave a 15% tip. And I’m looking at my bank account online — looks like they overcharged me instead of going with what I wrote on the bill. NEVERGOINGBACKTHERE!!!
