Bonardi’s Formal Wear

Awful. We didn’t get the tuxes till the night before the wedding, and every man in the party, including the groom, had issues with their tux and we had to go to Bonardi’s the morning of the wedding to get everyone the right sizes.
One of the men’s tuxes was even stained and had a rip in it. Clearly no one cleaned the suit, so I have no idea why we dropped $ 200 on a rental that was not only the wrong size, but in horrible condition.
Even after all the stress from their poor planning and poor service, they didn’t offer any sort of refund or discount on future rentals. No sorry, nothing. Just excuses as if it were OUR fault they screwed up. They kept saying I must have gained weight, which I didn’t, and that doesn’t explain how everyone else got the wrong sizes either.
I will not be using them at my own wedding next year, and neither will any of my friends. Men’s Warehouse is much, much better.

Great place for your formal wear needs. The staff was friendly and helpful, and very accomodating. I have used them twice, and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
