Bliss Studio

I love Bliss studio so much and especially Carrie that I continue to drive 3 ½ hours from Carmel for my cut and color. She always uses the latest tech nique to give me great color. Now I have Balayage and it’s the best. I loved my new lived in haircut. It’s so easy and I get so many compliments.

I love my hair! Julie did my hair using a new technique. She color matched my skin tone to my hair color. It looked like she was creating a painting blending and shading colors together. The end result is classy, edgy, modern but professional.

I love the balcony over Downtown Auburn! It is such a great place to lounge. They keep me pointed towards the latest trends without looking like I try too hard. And let’s face it, I look great. If I could review my looks I would definitely give them 5 stars. I should set up a Unilocal page for my looks.

Just had Balayage highlights done for the second time at Bliss with Julie E. and she nailed it… again. This balayage technique is amazing — gives the hairdresser so much control and looks very natural. I wish I had known about it years ago. I can honestly say this is the happiest I have ever been with my hair color.
The Bliss Studio is gorgeous and I feel very pampered when I am there. They are on the 2^nd floor and have a beautiful balcony that looks over Lincoln Way. Can’t imagine going anywhere else in the future. I am hooked!

Recently had a new coloring by Sissy (Carrie) …“color melting”… It rules, excited to get my color returned somewhat to that of the tomboy of my youth! Get it get it :))

Bliss Studio is a beautiful and relaxing salon in a cute historic building. I love the soothing wall color and all the pretty mirrors, furniture, and chandeliers. Saying that, the salon is friendly and unpretentious.
Julie knows how to style different types of hair. She is one of the few stylists who does a great job cutting and styling my fine, straight hair. Many other stylists use layering techniques that probably look good on thick or wavy hair but don’t work for me. I appreciate the way Julie listens to my ideas for my hair but suggests modifications based on my hair type and color. For example, she was able to tell me that if she highlighted my hair exactly as shown in the photo I brought in, it would look stripey because my hair is so straight. My hair looks great!

Love, love, love Carrie and her amazing way of taming my difficult mane of curly hair. She works her color magic everytime and I leave the salon feeling and looking great. The ambiance inside adds to the overall enjoyment of my regular visits. The salon is wonderful!

I usually don’t write reviews but felt so strongly about this little slice of heaven, that I couldn’t resist. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable with a classy upscale feel. I love that it’s located in the heart of historical Auburn.
Carrie does magic to my hair, something nobody has ever mastered and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone working at Bliss because of Carrie’s high standards.
In addition, I love the fact that their is an esthetician available for other services making it very convenient.
Environment is great and the people are fantastic!!! Highly recommend checking it out.

Carrie knows how to make you look fabulous! What else can I say? I’ve watched «Tabitha’s Salon Takeover» and I was shocked to see what can happen in a salon. Carrie’s level of professionalism, her knowledge of cut and color, and her personal warmth make getting your hair done here a fabulous experience.

Very personalized interest in hair. Particularly good with color. The location is fabulous — very much a home feeling. My wife loves it there and she’s tried many places in town.
