We went thru ACK for our granite counter tops in Feb 2013. We visited several businesses and found that ACK was the most helpful. Jan was wonderful when it came to choosing a granite. I changed my mind several times and each time Jan revised our bid without any hassle. She was very patient, explained all the details, and answered all of our questions.
The counter install was done by professional individuals that knew what they were doing. There were courteous, neat, did a great job. There was one very minor mishap during the install that caused a bit of damage to our cabinet. The installer pointed it out, and ACK was very quick to work with us to get the problem corrected. Brian came out did the repair. He did a great job, was very knowledgeable and made sure we were completely satisfied.
We are very happy with the work Auburn Custom Kitchens provided. We will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants honest, professionals working in their home!
