Awful experience, customer service is awful, the techs don’t call when they are running late and no apologies from the customer service rep. Wish I had never used them for my new heating system. Stay away if you can!

Very Poor Service! Do Not Use!!! Why/Called them to come out because my heat pump system(hvac) was not working. They charge 95 dollars on the phone before they send someone out. So be it, I paid. The technician came out a few days later and went to check out the outdoor portion of my system. He stopped and told me that the system was installed incorrectly. I said the company I purchased it from was out of business and the heat pump system has been working beautifully since it was installed. Nevertheless he said the right thing to do was redo the install, and he would get me an estimate to do that. He left, never touching anything and spent a total of 10 minutes at my home. after not hearing from them for 11 days I called the office and was told the technician was working on the estimate. I asked if a tech could come out and get the system working and we could do the install fix after. The lady on the phone said Sure but we have to charge you another 95 dollars. I said forget it. I called another repair shop from Charlton who sent a technician out the next day and repaired the unit within one hour. To date I still have not received any estimate from Advanced Energy Concepts and have called them back twice more and twice have been given the runaround. They obviously don’t really care and seemed only interested in getting there 95 dollars up front.

Their service is abhorrent. Despite their technician’s time-wasting incompetence, they were extremely rude to my parents and me, and their«service» is not at all worth what they charged us. We were referred to them by a Home Depot in the area. We called to schedule an estimate on a new furnace. Sean, the man who came over to do so, said that it would be in our best interests to have someone come look at the air conditioning before we scheduled the furnace replacement because doing both at the same time would save us money. Today was the appointment to have the air conditioning unit looked at. We were told that the technician would arrive between 8−10am. He arrived at noon, and we were not given so much as a courtesy call to say he would be late. He then proceeded to fumble around and waste time because he could not find the equipment he needed to look at. Since they are paid for their time, this was no skin off their backs, so we just watched him sit around and twiddle his thumbs. The total bill was ridiculous. We are seriously displeased with their service and attitude. I would never recommend them to anyone.
