A friend of mine recommended paintcrew to me, and I am glad he did! They were very professional and efficient. I had called some other painters in the Flint area to get a quote to paint the interior of a rental property, and they never called me back. Once I contacted paintcrew, the process went very smoothly. My rental property is for college students, so I just wanted something that would cover up the party stains and hand prints on the walls, but once paintcrew was done, I think I could’ve rented it to the mayor! They exceeded my expectations.

So far I would give the PaintCrew zero stars if it were possible. We had them scheduled for a 9 AM paint job. 2 phone calls to their offices, 2 emails, and 2 hours later, we have not heard back from anyone as to if or when anyone is going to show up. No one can tell us anything. While I certainly understand that things happen, we booked our work many weeks ago and would expect at least a minimum of communication while we sit at our home and wait for someone to show up or call back.
Update: still zero stars. After calling for a third time and posting here, I received a call from their office manager. While she was very polite and apologetic, she thought they had sent us an email on Monday telling us that they needed to reschedule. At no point did it raise a red flag to them that we had not responded or acknowledged their email, so they never bother to try to call us. After speaking with her, she sent us another email showing that they had in error emailed the owner about moving our scheduled job, but never told us. When hanging up with her I told her that I was not sure they could do anything to gain our business back; she assured me the owner would be calling to follow up. That was 4 hours ago with no word from him. We are painting ourselves at this point. At this point, I would recommend you avoid doing business with this company based on our experience.
