Had a custom smoker built in Texas and manufacturer chose this outfit to bring it to California. Had a committed delivery date. No show. Had a second one. No Show. Third time told he was ‘stuck in Vegas’, uh huh. Delivered the smoker, laid at odd angle but I thought it was the way it was designed. Turned out he bent the yoke tying it down. Found the problem first time I tried to tow it. The angle was due to the bend, not the design. Ok, tracked hiim down in Reno(surprise). Refused to come back or acknowledge the error. The manufacturer said the following: «He agreed it could have been unseen damage from shipping. I reiterated that the way he transported it was not appropriate and placed excessive stress on the tongue of the trailer.» Well, he’s not taking responsibility nor referring me to his insurance. Sad way to do business. Would NOT recommend using an unreliable, careless outfit to ship anything you value. Maybe a junk car.
