It was my first time here and I was so satisfied with the service. Made an appointment and came in the next day. The girls were very helpful in letting me know that I get a discount on my exam through my insurance so that was awesome. The optometrist was very nice and he explained everything to me through my appointment. Very friendly and welcoming the only thing that sucked was if you buy the frames and lenses there it’s pricey but in all its a great investment.

I’m so appalled at the customer service at this optometry office. I made an appointment with them almost a week and a half before I came in. They had plenty of time to pull my insurance authorization to see if they were able to accept my insurance. They even called the day before to confirm my husband and my appointment. My appointment was 10am, apparently right when they open. I went in a couple of minutes before(usually when people show up to their scheduled appointments) and the gate was half way open with the lights off. Since my appointment was at 10 and it was about 9:58 I assumed it was okay to walk in. The doctor walked out half eating his breakfast and told me it was closed? I told him i had an appointment and he said, «I understand that but we’re closed» I looked at him with a puzzled look. So he said, «since you’re here you can take a look around» which I was already doing. So a couple of minutes later the optician comes in and says she’s not sure if she takes my husband’s insurance. Long story short they said they were not providers for my insurance because they were not panel and gave me the excuse that they usually pull authorizations the day of because insurances don’t give authorizations until 24 hours before the appointment.(Which is bull shit) I worked at an optometry office and we would pull authorizations as soon as we made appointments or while we are on the phone with patients. It’s ridiculous that they wasted not only my time, but my husband’s time. My husband doesn’t get a lot of time off and all they could do was give me was a «discounted rate» for the visit. The optician didn’t seem very sympathetic. Anyway, these people have no sense of customer service. They don’t value other people’s time and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

First time here for my wife and it was awesome! Staff was friendly and courteous, very knowledgeable too! I ended up getting an exam as well! Dr Chen was very thorough and very friendly. The best part had to be Angelica. A very cheerful, honest and friendly person with the personality to match, she made our entire time there easy and fun. Would not recommend anywhere else after our experience. 10 stars!!!

Amazing customer service and great deals! I went in looking for sunglasses and ended up buying another pair of regular glasses too! Angelica helped me through the whole process and it was FUN! I got two pairs of name brand glasses for half the price.

I had the best experience here. Jaime had the absolute best customer service and was so helpful. This center is very detailed in everything they do and their technology is better than any other place I’ve been. I didnt intend on getting new glasses here, but the customer service was so great that i didn’t want to go anywhere else. I look forward to working with them again.

If a 0 star rating was an option I would definitely give it to Target Optical! Since our insurance turned to poop overnight(thanks ACA) we could not go to our regular optometrist. I went to Target to see if they accepted our insurance. The clerk who helped us told he they were not on our list of providers but that they submit to this company all the time and patients get fully reimbursed. I was pretty skeptical and wasn’t going to buy $ 300 glasses on a maybe but I decided to have my daughter’s eyes examined since we would only be out $ 49 if we were not reimbursed. First there is a huge difference between the equipment used here and that used at an optometrist’s office but you get what you pay for. After the exam the sales woman tried to again give us a guarantee that we would be reimbursed for my daughter’s glasses. I didn’t bite and left to find a place covered by our insurance to order her frames and lenses. Glad we didn’t go for it as the exam that she promised would be covered was rejected by our insurance. Another issue, my daughter’s prescription is totally wrong. She went from a very strong prescription the year before to an incredible weak prescription leaving her continuing to squint in class. Now we will either have to wait another year for new glasses or pay out of pocket. From start to finish Target Optical is an inferior choice.

I came here after a terrible experience with lens crafters. The staff was super friendly and the girl who helped me even called my insurance company for me to have them process my refund from lens crafters so that I could purchase my new glasses that day. She was very helpful with picking out my new frames and even helped me find ones that my insurance would cover. I will definitely be returning here and I recommend you give them a try!

They are OK. I had to go here because of insurance. The doctor that gave my daughter the eye exam made her come back to get a second opinion. The second doctor said the same thing as the first. I lived 16 miles away so I wasn’t that happy I had to drive back the next day to hear the same thing. They also told me I would have to pick up the glasses but then they where shipped to my house. I don’t know I felt they didn’t really know what was going on and also really didn’t care.

I personally did not go here but I made the appointment and dealt with the staff for my father. Upon my first phone call the woman who was helping me was great! really patient(as I had to get some information together while on the phone with her) and accommodated our last minute appointment scheduling. An important thing for me was that my dad could come here and have a very simple and routine eye exam then get the appropriate eye wear for him when he goes to work(in construction.) They made the process very simple and got him eye wear that he loves(though he won’t say it, the looks in the mirror are enough).

I received my glasses and my husband’s glasses in two business days. Can’t do better than that! The often have sales going on. If they don’t have a sale when you visit, wait a few weeks and they will!

I like coming here for my glasses. The women who work in the optical department are very friendly and engaging. The selection is decent and I’ve been able to find frames I was happy with each time. They also helped me pick out a frame they thought would look good on me and everyone who has seen my new glasses say they look fantastic. I’ve been going there for a few years and even though I hadn’t gone in for over a year they still remembered me and even remembered which insurance I had. I’d recommend them.

Great stylish frames. I have not use the services of the optometrist, but I went in looking for frames and the assistant notices my current glasses needed some adjustment and she did it for free. And she told me they will replace nose pads, and make minor adjustments for FREE even if you didn’t buy your glasses at Target. That is awesome service.

New insurance sends me to target optical as a choice. Very nice staff and dr. Selection is slim… but its convienent cuz u can walk the store while u wait… but i do not recommend doing that when u get ur eyes dialated… lol
