Great Clips

Used to like this place a lot, but as usual, they change staff. There is one gal that creeps me out: very very small short tiny gal with big eyes. Not very friendly, just stares at you. LOL. I’ve got stuck with her twice.

I went here to take my 3 year old for her first official haircut today. When I walked in the receptionist shuffled her feet so slow to the computer and gave me the «god, I hate my job» look and ROLLED HER EYES at us before we even came all the way in. She had a piercing above her lip (which isn’t an issue) but I didn’t catch her name, that was just how I remembered her. I work in a restaurant and would have been fired if I greeted a guest the way she did. I was in an awesome mood and was so excited for my daughter to get her hair done until that moment. I said out loud «I’m not getting her hair cut here» and walked out. I almost said something to the receptionist but her attitude told me she could care less if I ever came back. I was so upset after I left. I downloaded this app just to write this review in hopes that the manager would see this. What she did was really messed up and unprofessional. It’s too bad because they probably have some really nice stylists there and I usually tip $ 10 just for a haircut. That receptionist is going to be losing the stylists some money if that’s how she continues to greet people that way… rant over

Easy place to get a cut — they remember you when you come back — price is perfect and unless you are trying to get a $ 150 complex haircut and color that you should go to a San Francisco salon for — you get a wonderful haircut. Quick and affordable and a nice place to relax while somebody cuts your hair the way it should be done.

Nice friendly staff, I always get a great haircut with no fuss or screwups. Granted I am a guy with short hair, so my hair is real easy to cut.
