Castle Park Mini Storage

This place is completely un-​professional. They promised me a spot for my trailer. I asked if I could pay for it over the phone three different times to reserve the spot and Ava said there was no need and that I would have the spot when I showed up. However, when I did show up they had just sold the spot to some one else. I had spoke with her earlier that day and let her know I was coming in a few hours. They never apologized. They didn’t offer any excuses. They just didn’t care. Is this how they do business? Then when I asked to speak with the manager, the male employee refused to call her. Then when I called the next day to get a reason why my spot was gone, Ava hung up on me. I am completely shocked at how this place does business.
