Avoid room 136. The couple in that room appeared as genuinely shocked to see me as I was when I walked in on them. Take a knife as the complementary foil shampoo packet cannot be opened otherwise. One packet did not have enough shampoo to remove all the dried blood still in my hair from the night before. Towels are #10 grit, so use the sheets to dry yourself.

I came to a party at Atwater and spent the night so I stayed here and referred 6 other people to stay. Super outdated rooms and the staff is very rude! Check out time is 11 and they called us at 10:20 to let us know we have to check out. Housekeeping started cleaning the rooms at 10:32 and waited for us outside our doors and stood there, practically kicking us out from out rooms! I have never experienced that from anywhere I have stayed. It was ridiculous and if I could give no stars I would!

I had been moving people from pinion hills to Atwater and after unloading a 24 foot U-haul it was getting late. I didnt feel like I could make it back to home over 200 miles away. I looked up motels near me and it came up with the attwater inn. It looked nice. When i got there it looked like a very good. The lady behind the check in desk was nice but the lobby did smell. I told her i had a 24 foot U-haul and she was very nice about getting me a room on the lower floor and right next to the truck slips. My aunt and uncle help me move the people and my aunt cannot go up stairs. The room we shared was a little small but it would work. The room did have a table with 2 chairs at it along with a microwave and a fridge. The shower was nice but didnt have any water pressure. The bed was alright but uncomfortable somewhat. What was nice was a Denny’s right in the same parking lot. I would go back here but it wouldn’t be my first choice. If your in the area its nice to sleep and go.

If I could give this place no starts I would! It’s so sad that places like these take advantage of people who do not know how to speak English. My sister booked my parents to stay at this location for a night and where charged 76 dollars in total including taxes and fees. My parents paid with 2 $ 50 dollar bills and we’re given 24 dollars back. Well during check out they were charged an extra 20 because according to the person in the front that charged them he had given them too much change back than he should. Well my parents might not know how to speak English too well but they sure know how to count!!! it’s really heartbreaking to know they were basically taken advantage of. A little recommendation get better honest staff! NEVERAGAIN will any of us stay here! First time ever experiencing such bad service at a hotel. Next time we’ll just look into MERCED!

We needed a place to stay near Delhi and every hotel/lodge seemed to be booked in the area, but this one. You have to call to get a reso and all they need is a name and a phone number. They do not give you a confirmation number and this kind of made me nervous. Checking in you have to pay up front either cash, or credit. They charge 10 bucks more for two beds, and I was able to downgrade to a single king. That was nice, because it gave us more room, plus the room comes with a loveseat. I wasn’t expecting much of the room because it is an inn. The room came with a microwave, and fridge. Nice! The room was clean enough, though lacking in detail. I Noticed the toliet was very dirty underneath when I took a bath. The towels were old and had stained. Yuck! I don’t really wanna think about what the towel has been used for in the past. Yeah… pasty yellow colored stains. There were no pubic hairs on it like my coffee cup so I know it was washed. I didn’t sleep well. The train didn’t seem to bother me because I was in the building farthest away. The heater was what kept me awake. Once I turned it off I fell asleep. The previous stuff didn’t really bother me enough to not come back. What bothered me was that we got a call from the front desk at 10:30, a half hour before check out. What also bothered me was that I asked for change for the vending machine, and they told me to go to the gas station because the machine only takes quarters. I got the feeling that they didnt really value my business.

Pros: Easy check in Nice location Friendly Staff Fairly Cheap Great AC Close to a restaurant and gas station. Cons: DIRTY! Low quality rooms Walking barefoot=dirty feet(they seem to not wash or vacuum carpets) Stiff beds and pillows No morning coffee/breakfast Over all gross. Will not go back again it felt unsafe, dirty, and not at all comfortable.

The location is great, they were very welcoming. Check in and check out were easy. The room was decent, my only concern were the flies! I did not like having flies in my room. The train passing by at night did scare me a little bit, but other than that it was pretty clean and I had a good stay overall.

We have had a good experience here. Not luxurious but clean, decent, and affordable. Two reasonable good restaurants adjacent, a service station and freeway access.

The only good thing about this motel is that it is immediately off the freeway and within walking distance of restaurants. The service is hit-or-miss. The train going by rattles half the items in your room. It costs much more than what you get.
