A visitor here who came to a favorite store. Got great service from Elaine who brought new sizes and recommended other pieces and accessories that made my clothes look great!

I love their clothes too but had a return issue that caused me to go back a 2nd time to get a full refund. With stores like Nordstrom that truly live by the credo, «The customer is always right,» I find no need to go back. Unsubscribed from their emails too.

I was reluctant to going in because of my past experience with Cumberland Mall as a whole. However, my husband had to conduct business with a client there. While he proceeded with business I decided to visit this boutique. As expected the clothes are nice with high quality and the fit is wonderful. They almost seem taylor made. In the past Ive gone to several White House Black Market boutiques and left because know one gave me any attention at all. Unlike the previous person leaving a review, I wanted someone to attend to me. Besides I consider it a high end boutique and I expect class and professionalism. I did not experience anyone being pushy at all, but I don’t think they should open the curtain, while you’re changing clothes. That happened only once, but I will excuse that because I think she meant well. I bought a lovely pair of ankle boots with leopard print on the front and solid black in the back, a pair of wool slacks and a leopard belt. These items will go along with my other quality items from this boutique. The clothes are investments. They last a long time and you can build on a very nice dress casual wardrobe. I wanted the items but I wouldn’t have purchased them if I had been ignored. I will be shopping here again.

Let me start off by saying I love the clothes here. The quality and fit are great. But there is(apparently) a fine line between being helpful and being overbearing, and the staff here have gone right off that edge. The girl helping me here was nice, but brought me at least twenty articles of clothing I did not ask for. She would sing out, «So what do you have on now?» and open the curtain.(Often, the answer was«nothing» because she hadn’t been gone long enough for me to put anything else on.) When I finally told her I didn’t want any more clothing brought back into my dressing room, she came back THREETIMES with additional clothing, then argued with me when I didn’t try them on. Today, I have been called twice in two hours by reps at their store, trying to get me back in. I understand that these people are probably working off commission and they have been directed to put outfits together for customers. I don’t mind that. But I felt harassed and was really annoyed. There is a way to help customers and be attentive, but some of the people at this store(and others) are just overbearing.
