This is a regular-business sandwich place. I prefer to order online, I don’t know why but the whole brown bag/ordering process freaks me out. Nothing has truly«wowed» me, but it is a good place to grab a quick bite. I will say that one of my many orders was delivered incorrectly, and management reached out to me after I tweeted them. I appreciate that feedback.

Staff is friendly. Music a little loud. The concept is weird and I always feel awkward coming here. The sandwiches are average, bordering on bland, but at least the food always tastes fresh. This place is never my first choice, but it will do in a pinch.

very easy and straight to the point. you simply just walk up to the board where there are numbers(usually 1 – 8). each number is labeled with the choice of protein and you pick up a brown paper bag that’s assigned to that number. then you customize your sandwich using that paper bag. after customizing your sandwich, you turn it in to the cashier and he/she will will ring you up and turn in your order via sliding it down the assembly line. I’ve never seen this location busy so the wait isn’t too bad. I just feel like the meat here tastes pretty fake and low quality. they even note that their«crab» is initiation crab. as for sliced beef and other meats, it’s all processed and presented as «lunch meat». I wouldn’t say their prices are super cheap. you’d probably get a better sandwich at publix for a slightly cheaper price. customer service is alright. wich wich is somewhat fast and convenient. although, I just mention that there was a hair in my sandwich one time and all they did was redo it and give me a free chip coupon.wow.

I really like Which Wich. But the older lady that works here might actually be a witch. I asked a question and she looked at me as if I am the dumbest person she’d ever seen. Then she answered me in such a condescending tone. Later she approached my table to off me a punch card(they’re free!) and«apologize», when really she was just being more condescending and talking about her manager being in the store. I should have stayed to talk to him… But it wouldn’t have made any difference as I won’t be back to this location. Newks is just up the sidewalk and the staff there has always been pleasant.

I came here on a Sunday night and the service was delightful. The cashier was so kind and offered me a rewards card. She was happy to be there, and even if she wasn’t really, I would have been none the wiser. The sandwich bread was incredibly fresh! So soft and fluffy. I really enjoyed my meal. I craved it all week! Came back in today and the cashier was someone different. Completely out of it. Maybe she’s overworked? I’ve worked in food before so I know how it can be, however, customer service is key. She had to run my card twice because the first time she did it haphazardly and then practically threw the card at me. She repeatedly asked me the same questions again and again«would you like chips?» «Would you like your receipt?» Then I got home with my sandwich and they had left out three ingredients. Which, if you ask me is pretty impressive considering they are written in red on the bag in front of the sandwich makers. Might just stick to coming to this place on Sunday nights? Frustrating to pay $ 8 and it’s wrong…

I really do like this place except they never, ever put cheese on my sandwich and I don’t understand why not and it annoys me when they mess up my order. Other than that, it is great.

I love Which Wich! I love the fact that you can take your time checking off the items you want without feeling pressured. I always get a corned beef hotwich with a bunch of vegetables, pepper jack cheese, pesto sauce, peppers(banana peppers and jalapenos), and candied walnuts that they give you on the side. Don’t forget to write your name on the bottom(or funny nickname ;)). If you’re a student at Oglethorpe Univ, you can get a student discount as well! :) Just show some ID. I have tried the Banh Mi when they were serving it for a limited time, and it was really good! Of course it wasn’t as good as Banh Mi at Phở Bac, but it was great for a Which Wich Banh Mi sandwich. I’ve heard that you can order through the Which wich app, so you won’t have to wait for so long, but I haven’t tried it out yet. Overall, this place is quick and delicious!

I had a cash back offer through my bank to try this place, so I did. Was not impressed by the food and my total was $ 14 for a sub, chips and a drink. That’s a little much. The employees were nice and helpful though.

Not a bad place for a quick bite. They have a funny way of ordering your sandwich. You take a menu bag and place a check by each item you want with your sandwiches. I had the wicked sandwich and it was a bit salty. The service was OK. I came in before the lunch hour so my food came out pretty fast. The bread was a bit soggy. I wish it was a bit harder to hold my sandwich together.

Wow, I thought this place would be good given the $ 12 price tag for a medium size combo meal… had the grinder which I thought would be safe. First time, no one to greet or help me, at lunch time. I took my bag to counter and they asked what type of bread, hot?, size and cheese. Ok, well that’s exactly what I got. Bread, a few slices of meat and cheese. No lettuce, no tomato, dressing, nothing! Come on! If you have a new customer, you gotta make sure their experience is great. If not, they write negative reviews. I won’t go back and that a shame as I can see the place from my apt balcony :(

This is a cool concept, but laid out a little confusing. ARROWS on the FLOOR please, yes, I’m slow. So, you walk in and your first inclination is to walk straight to the counter ahead of you. BUTRESIST. You should actually make an immediate right turn to the side wall of brown bags and menu items. This part, once you finally find your way to it, is actually really cool. You look at the menu. You choose your«base» if you will, for example, turkey, or beef, or veggies… Or some other stuff. There are like 8 or 9 choices. I’m not sure what the others are. I chose beef. So, you pick up the corresponding sammie bag #8(I think) and choose the rest of your ‘wich details right there on that bag with a sharpie! What kind of bread? What size sandwich? Cheese? What kind? Veggies? How many? Condiments? Which?(Which WICHGETIT?!) Then, you decide if you want a milkshake(yes, of course, you want a milkshake! Get the cookies and cream or the banana!!) and you pick up that card and check off your order. Do you also want chips or a cookie? Why not, we’re on a roll here! Once you’re done ordering up the whole place just because you want to check off boxes and play with Sharpies, you put your name on the bag and go up to the register. They confirm your order, and ring-a-ling you up. Then, they clip your little baggy and stuff to a wire, and slide it on down the line. Then you sit and wait for your name to be called. This is the point where you would LIKE to say, «OHMIGOSH, that was SOFAST,» unless they FORGET about your order, which [wich] they did in my case. J.J.‘s [other really fast sub place,] they are not. They apologized and smiled though, so it’s okay. Not mad atcha. I ordered a French Dip(which [wich], BTW, the girl at the register asked me if I wanted cheese. and I said, no, it doesn’t normally come with cheese, right? She was like, «I don’t know what this sandwich is,» Okay funny girl behind the sandwich counter, but anyway,) I got it and it was okay. I have concluded that I have HIGH expectations for French Dips. You’d think it’d be easy to throw some beef on a bun and toss in a cup of salty-liquid. I’m very picky, I guess, or no one does it right. The au jus was not terrible, but had a bit of a tang to it that I could live without. I still dipped occasionally though. I think if I you want to try it, I’d recommend ordering double meat. Because. The bread seemed kinda empty. And. Meat. X2. The banana milkshake was good(and neon yellow??) but the cookies and cream milkshake was BETTER. Not too thick to drink through a straw. I also got to eat a bit of the Beef Cheesesteak(with red and green peppers — orderer’s weird choice) and it was really good. I’d definitely go back and pick a different sandwich next time. This place has potential to be a «Go To» spot for casual lunch or dinner.

Overrated. The expectation is that one will get a sub that is significantly better than Subway. Unfortunately after two visits, and trying the chicken and shrimp subs, my conclusion is that the sandwiches are mediocre. With other options such as Newk’s in Town Brookhaven, it really makes it hard to justify eating here. On a positive note, the service appears to up to par.

If you’re looking for a good sammich — Which Wich is a great place to start. I’ve never had something I didn’t like, part of the reason maybe because you’re basically building your own sandwich. If you’re unfamiliar with the concept, it’s simple — you don’t even have to communicate with the staff if you really don’t want to. Step one: Head to the sandwich board and pick a category(for ex. Chicken or Seafood). Step two: Fill out the«survey» of ingredients; Step 3: Hand the bag to the cashier, and voila! — Your name will be called when your sandwich is ready. I love this place because there are so. many. options. Far more superior than a Subway. and I may even prefer it to the Publix deli. My typical go to is the Seafood: Surf & Turf(Roast Beef & imitation crab salad). It’s good on its own, with all the fixings(chips! bacon! etc)…mmmm my perfect sandwich.

A sad sad day for the Which Wich franchise. I am usually a fan of Which Wich! Ever since this location opened, though, my opinion of it has gone down. I still don’t understand how they can constantly get my sandwich order wrong when the order is literally right in front of them when they were making it. The most common mistake is they always toast my sandwich no matter how many times I mark the COLDWICH or NOTTOASTED box(they seem to have changed the bags). I hate that. Also I was subjected to the wrong ingredients yet again. I have had ingredients left off or random ones put on. I don’t understand why especially since it is literally right in front of them. As others have said… it takes forever to get a sandwich made. This is why I didn’t even bother to challenge the wrongness of my sandwich today. It was just a sad sad day. I will probably go back to Which Which sometime… but not here. I suggest looking around Town Brookhaven… plenty of other good places to eat around there.

****This review is based 100% on the food!*** I would’ve given this place a 3 or 4 star rating due to the kids that they have working there. The tables were not wiped down and the Men’s bathroom didn’t have any tissue available to pull down from the dispenser. It was in there, just not hanging down for me to pull. Other than that, they made me a damn good«Turkeywhich» that was 7″ long, had 1000 Island Dressing & Cole Slaw in it, then I had it put in a wheat wrap and heated up! AMAZING!!! I also had 2 bags of Baked Sour Cream & Onion chips and a 20 oz. Coke Zero. My total was $ 9.84! Plus, the location is PRIME! Eat here before going to CineBistro!

The first time I stepped into this restaurant, the cashier greeted my friends and me in a warm friendly tone. He explained to us how to order our sandwiches, and he joked around with us. The rest of the staff was just as friendly. The food was so good that my boyfriend and I came back within two days, and my boyfriend took his dad there two days later.

I typically do not review places, but I cannot sit here and let the best sandwich place on earth have only 2.5 stars. I have never had an issue with any wait times or poorly made ingredients on my sandwiches the many, MANY times that I have come here. I have had several sandwiches(my favorites being Italian, Buffalo Chicken, Tuna) and every single one of them has been delicious. The process is super simple. They categorize their sandwiches into different sandwich paper bags, you choose the category you want, you mark the check box(not write) of the sandwich and ingredients you want, hand it off and 5 minutes later comes heaven in your mouth. Everyone in this particular store is also super friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor, grab a paper bag and marker, and have one of the greatest sandwiches around.

Everyone is talking major smack. I peaced up in Which Wich and found the little paper bag gimmick to be quite pleasant because I don’t mind handing a dude a bag, grabbing some bomb-ass kettle chips and chillIng with my soda until they call my name. Any time I’ve been here it’s taken no longer than 5 minutes to get my sammich, and while they’re not an orgasm in a sub, they’re pretty f*cking good after a long night of drinking and self loathing. Highly recommend. Almost a cure-all. The manager/owner of this franchise is a class act and way cool. That mofo comes correct, so if ya have a problem with anything, take it up with him. He’ll make it right because he’s glad that you’re there supporting the business, even if you look like shit ran over twice. Needless to say I’ll be back again and again and again.

I was excited when I heard that a couple of Which Wich locations were opening in my neighborhood. I have found the service and sandwich quality here to be consistent. Here’s the thing: Which Wich will never be super speedy unless you’re the first and only person in line. Unlike most«order as you go» sandwich shops, Which Wich makes your sandwich after you place your order at the register. I’ve tried a bunch of their sandwiches, but my go-to order is the caprese sandwich. All regular sized sandwiches are $ 5.25 and you can add chips & a drink for $ 2.50. One downside is that they’re very limited when it comes to sides… chips are your only option. I talked to the manager about this and he said that they’re working on offering other side options. I will love their wiches even more once I can add a side of fruit to them!
