Horrible service. The manager seems nice and friendly but they constantly get items and orders wrong. I have been met with an attitude when I told one of the cashiers that my order was wrong, twice.
Also, do your employees know that letting balloons go is littering? When I arrived, about 75% of the employees were in the parking lot letting balloons go for someone’s birthday. Think about where they will go after they deflate.

This Wendy’s is consistently bad. Either the fries are ridiculously salty, the food is cold, or the food in general just tastes old. None of this prompted me to write a review though. But this past weekend I stopped by at night to grab some food. As usual, it was cold. But this time it gave me food poisoning! I was throwing up the next day at work :(. Never eat here if you can help it.

Inconsistency seems to be the name of the game here. The last couple of experiences have been bad again. Slow service, messed up orders, bad food quality… throw me a bone here, Wendy’s Cascade.
