Top Ten Nails

This is my second time visiting this place, and I’ve made up my mind that I will not go back again. I try to give places more than one chance but I’m good. Yes the prices are reasonable but the customer service sucks. The young lady doing my toes literally didn’t say one word to me except move your foot here etc. She wasn’t friendly at all which made the experience horrible. Also, the place is not nice as other nail salons I’ve been to. At the end of my service, the girl had her hand held out for me to pay. Then she held on to my card until I sign the receipt. She said «THank you» and walked away. Seriously?! I rather pay MORE money and go to a salon where the customer service is better and where they show they appreciate you as a client.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews first… well I never thought a regular gel manicure could be done wrong but I stand corrected!!! And the man at the front station was the one to mess it up. I’m going back today to get this mess redone by another nail tech and never going back after. No stars from me… A now hiring experienced nail tech sign need to be on their door as of 2/13/15…lesson learned

I went there on Sept. 20 to get a full set and pedicure. Though the Pedicure was done by someone kind of young, she did a really good job. However, the full set was done by the older gentlemen who sits near the front when you come in. He is not friendly and does not listen. He is lazy and the job that he did was mediocre. I kept repeating myself about what I didn’t like. I should not have paid for this service, but I just wanted to get the heck out of there. As I was picking out my nail polish, I noticed that they used Revlon, LA Colors, and other brands that should never be used in a professional environment. The place was OLD and dated. It was my first time going there and I needed this done quick and this was a bad mistake. They do not care about customer service. They only want your money.
