I’m not one to promote negative reviews, however, this property is the worst ever when it comes to maintenance and the upkeep of the property!!! All I can do at this point is wait out my one year lease, write a review and hope it prevent others from getting into something they’ll regret later. First of all, the entry and exit gates are alway broken and elevator is nasty and guaranteed to be out of service at least twice a month! There’s always a different management company every 4 months. After renewing my lease(rent increased by $ 130) I was to get the tub refurbished, new blinds installed and 2 new ceiling fans. After 5 months of renewing, they still have not fully completed the installations. I have gone into the office at least 4 times to ask about this and every single time they’ve promised to get back with me on a date for completion. I continue to pay rent every month and they still have not completed what they’ve promised and summer is over… so I give up… The only good thing about The Reserve at West Paces is the location. My advice is live someplace else, not here.

Lived here for 6 months while my house was being built. Good location but access is difficult and sometimes risky(heavy traffic on bordering streets). Crowded underground parking garage and plenty of supporting concrete columns means your car will likely get a ding(or more). Slowww elevators. Good office/sales staff *except* for management, who seemed inept at even the most casual conversation with residents. Nice, old-growth landscaping. Basic old-style apartments. Fireplaces are a nice plus. Neighbors: some good, some bad. Watch out: The Reserve *will* deduct carpet cleaning costs from your security deposit upon move-out, even if your apartment was kept in pristine condition.
