This is hands down the best place to take anything you want framed. Eric and Kat are very talented and can make anything you bring in shine. Forget Michael’s and Fast Frame these guys are the best. I use them for all my framing needs.

Fantastic service, super friendly owners, lovely finished framing product. I know people use Michael’s since they always post those bogus 50% framing coupons which bring the absurdly overpriced framing in to the normal category, but even with the possibly slightly cheaper price the 50% off coupon bring’s you, a person will still get better quality framing at a small time framing shop. Reason’s why you shouldn’t go to a big box framing shop. A. The owners actually give a shit versus the minimum wager at the big box store who just wants to get their money and be done. B. The owners having been doing this longer. C. Despite what those big boxers say they typically don’t use all the best archival quality framing supplies. If you are going to drop some cash to have your precious artwork framed you might as well make sure that it’s going to last the test of time. D. Support the little guy

Brought in an odd shaped panoramic picture that was bordered and framed in only a few days while being treated with care. Kat and Erik put tremendous work and care in there work and its a pleasure having this shop in town.

I can’t say enough great things about this little business in Chandler Park. Every time I have gone in to consult about framing, they listen and give me great advice. When I finally do decide on which frame and matting, they always give me exactly what I wanted! 8 successful framing jobs so far. I won’t go anywhere else.

Great little shop with a friendly and knowledgeable staff and a great selection to choose from. I took in 6 black and white photos of my grandfather from when he played professional baseball. The finished product looks amazing.

We have worked with Kat and Erik for a number of years. We’ve had everything from our wedding invitation, to kids’ baby photos, to homemade art projects, to a Hawaiian painting on tree bark framed by Moog. In each instance, they treated the project with wonderful care. They have a creative approach and always produce a high-quality, stand-out piece. Love them!

I have had about 40 pieces framed with these guys over the past few years. They have an amazing selection of unique frames and provide high quality, fast service. I wouldn’t take my wall art anywhere else.

We’ve taken all kinds of hard to frame things to The Moog Gallery and they always exceed our expectations and finish on or before the promised date. We are also very pleased that they treat our objects with care and respect as well as always have very thoughtful suggestions as to frame and mat choices.

I came to Moog based solely on the positive Unilocal reviews. I can’t honestly remember the last time I got something framed, and I think back then I went to Michael’s. That being said, I had sticker shock when they quoted me a price for my job. Frankly, I still think they are probably priced higher than the competition, but the quality of work and people doing it are unbeatable. I felt comfortable the minute I was greeted(something that seldom happens) and the couple that runs Moog took great care of me. These are good people with the perfect mix of friendliness and accommodation. My surprise at the initial cost was so apparent that they even offered a slight discount. The couple told me it would take a week and a half to do the job, but they called me a week later to tell me it was ready. They did a magnificent job and I think that the framing was worth the(assumed) premium. 5 stars to a wonderfully run independent business with the most friendly of owners/employees! PS It’s pronounced Mogue.

I have now used these charming folks for four different framing/matting projects — ranging from a $ 400 matted & framed vintage poster to a $ 60 «sweet deal» matted & framed concert poster. The first was a gift for my movie-aficionado husband — a treasured original poster of some German or Russian film… really freakin old and delicate. Erik let me go through a million frames and mats, mixing and matching until I settled upon the perfect pair. It came out spectacular, very striking and bold, and my husband was freakin ecstatic. Yay for me!(Yay for Moog!) He was especially pleased that they were able to press out some of the creases and imperfections that the poster had sustained over the course of its lifetime. Since then, we’ve had several posters framed in simple black frames. The quality and service is consistently great. The last piece I brought in came out to $ 60 for a mat AND frame because I purchased the poster at the Methane Studios show at Alcove, and the owners had worked out a special deal! It saved me about $ 100! w00t! If you’re ever waiting outside of Flying Biscuit or Gato Bizco for brunch, they’re right next door. Just pop in and look around. They have some pretty cool art to look at as well.

Yay Moog Gallery! Kat and Erik are the ONLY people I take anything to, whether its something of extreme actual value or a concert poster I picked up for five bucks at a show that has sentimental value. I rarely even browse around when I am in the shop since I have absoulte trust in whatever they think is best. But it is fun to look at all the cool framing options they have — there’s TONS! The shop is cozy and they get extra props for supporting local artists by hosting shows/exhibitions. Moog Gallery is the exact reason I always try to support small locally owned businesses whenever possible. Go see Kat and Erik!

After purchasing a charming, emotionally moving watercolor at the Inman Park Festival, I wanted to have it professionally framed, so I can enjoy this piece for the rest of my life. I took it to The Moog Gallery, to check out the selection and prices. The shop owner, Kat Washburn, was pleasantly patient when helping me find a frame that fit both my taste and price range. She sat at the computer for a while, punching in the codes for different frames I liked, until we found one that suited my budget — a medium-thick black frame with a lot of detail to add interest, with a slight deep-red tint on some of the swirls. Kat finished this project within a week, which included removing the matte and applying non-reflective glass to protect the print. Thanks to Kat’s fine work, I will enjoy this beautiful watercolor and the accompanying gorgeous frame forever.
