Cool little spot. I stumbled in during a Sunday Brunch party. There weren’t many ladies in the place, and when I walked into the women’s restroom expecting there to be no line, there were 3 guys in line in front of me. I didn’t mind other than the fact that whoever used the stall before I did, didn’t take care to aim properly haha. The drinks were good, and pretty cheap. The outdoor space looks like a nice spot to hang out when the weather is nice!

Great vibe, open space for dancing, and great mixed drinks! They played mostly early 2000’s to present day top hits on the Thursday night we went. It was very slow for a Thursday, and it seemed that once everyone figured out that that was going to be the size of the crowd that night, they all went to Blake’s(across the street). There is indoor and outdoor space with an entrance in both areas which is very convenient. The bartender was very handsome, and had a great attitude. He was very attentive to those waiting on drinks, and had great recommendations.

These guys are the best. If you want the absolute BEST ‘jolly rancher’ in ATL then Ten is the place. The dj is always on point and bartenders are attentive and friendly. There is no way to not have fun here. Talk to Dylan behind the bar and enjoy a fantastic night!

So, really like having this bar in the neighborhood but would love to have it serve decent food and have weeknight food options, more like Henry’s or Joes but better and consistent with wraps, burgers and good standard American fare. The place is actually only used on the weekends and then only busy from about 11pm till 2am. It’s January 27 and they still have up Xmas trees and wreaths… Says a lot about management’s lack of interest and they really need to step it up if they want to last. Being presentable and on top of it doesn’t take more money, just elbow grease and a ladder. I left Blakes for this place as my regular when it first opened but Blakes has really stepped up their game and I’m finding myself there now more that they have banned smoking and spruced up a bit.

Coming on a Sunday, rainy and post Halloween, perhaps this combination explained why it was quiet. The doorman was cheerful, funny and friendly which is always a good start. The bar man was chatty and equally welcoming(despite a rough and long night working Halloween, he was telling me). He was prompt with the service and the drinks didn’t taste weak so that was all positive. They have a large dance floor area in front of the bar, as well as tables & chairs off by the windows, so the space is quite sizeable. There is a Mexican place next door(also a gay place) if you need some spice or margaritas! I only stayed for 2 drinks but would be a place I would try again.

I absolutely love Ten Atlanta. Love love love. Whenever I ask to meet the chef, please know my palate has been quenched, and I have entered the status of foodie-groupie! Far from a burger joint, but I had the pimento burger, and needless to say, but worth saying anyway… it was soooo good! What makes Ten even better is the awesome staff, from the hostess, to waiters, bartenders, and super cool owners!

We had a party of 6 and we all left very disappointed. Horrible service, bland food, the worst Moscow Mule I have every had… And they didn’t even have ketchup! We Will never go back.

This was a really cool place with an awesome vibe. I was happy that my bucket list of visiting a gay bar is crossed off. This place was packed with so many folks. The dance floor was lively. Man, the whole place was super lively and fun. If you’re feeling stuffed, you can go outside where you can take a breather from the mass of people inside. Again, even the outside area was packed. Lol. Everyone here seemed to be really friendly, but I guess I was the odd ball out as I was pretty much one of very few girls there. And to be Asian too, well, I popped out like a sore thumb. The music was a mixed of pop and some oldie ish songs. Super fun to dance to though! Don’t be shy! ;)

Never paid $ 1 for a small Dixie cup sized water before at a bar. This is after paying $ 10 plus per weak drink. Would not recommend this place. Old music as well.

Be ready to pay for water and half ass drinks that are mostly ice. This was my first and definitely my last time here. Terrible attitude from the bartender(s). And for real you have to pay for water??? I could see if you didn’t order anything, maybe paying for water but considering I had ordered a drink and asked for water, get real! This place is overly pretentious. Go figure it is the Atlanta gay scene.

So here’s the deal. The bartenders are amazing. But you ask the manager anything and he’s stuck to his phone. I worked at a bar in chicago before and this is unacceptable. If you talk to a manager and he’s more interested in his phone than his clients it’s a big deal. It’s sad that the bartenders don’t get the recognition they deserve

Hoooooorrible. Came in today around 2 and sat on the patio for a late lunch. 15 minutes go by and our server still hadn’t been by to get our drink/food order. Finally just as we were about to walk out he stopped by and took our order with no apology for the wait. Waited another 45 minutes for the food and he brings it again just as we were about to tell them to forget it and walk out. He carried out our tray of food that also had two beers for another table and proceeded to set down the tray and run the beers to another table then come back and deliver our food. Just bad service, Is it not common sense to deliver the hot food before you run cold drinks?

Wow, this is our first and last time here. The bartender was rude and didn’t even bother turning around when I spoke to him. I ordered a coke but the flavor was off and the server said they were out of several flavors… so I stuck with the water. A restaurant that can’t maintain its stock for simple indicates bad management in my opinion. The meals were terrible. The sliders were sloppy and everything was on sweet rolls, probably Kings Hawaiian. We did not enjoy the sliders at all. I tried the southern fried chicken based on the servers recommendation. the chicken itself was cooked well but the skin was over done and had no real flavor. terrible fried chicken. The fries were overly sweet and very soggy & oily. They also tasted like sweet potato fries to me. I sent them back and the second batch was only slightly better but still not delicious at all so we hardly ate them. After that we were ready to just leave. Terrible dining experience.

Visiting from out of town. Our hotel mentions Ten among possible restaurants our family of 5 could walk to — and their online menu looks delicious. I enjoyed the custom salad– made just the way I liked it. My hubby and sons all got variations of the sliders– some shrimp, some meatball, some chicken and some BBQ. Our teenager devoured the roasted chicken. All our food, and drinks were delicious– but the item that made my kids go wild was the mashed potatoes. The menu and service were great– and the owner checked to make sure we enjoyed our meal– clearly he and his wife are passionate about their restaurant. Def worth a visit!

I came here for lunch on a Sat with a group and it was empty; looking back, I understand why. I think they put more thought in their entertainment and not their food since it turns into the hotspot after dinner it appears. The food isn’t notable, but what was, was the size of their chicken wings… they were minuscule! They were so tiny, I don’t even know why they served them… barely any meat on them. Do not order the world’s tiniest chicken wings. The size was a disgrace. I would not recommend coming here for food, but perhaps for drinks. The service was good though.

We left without even ordering a thing. The waiter immediately came off as incredibly racist when we asked what happened to the old menu, saying that it was a white chef now with white people food. Considering how many non-white people we had in our group, and that they had picked the place for it’s old menu, we left. Looking at the menu, the only item that looked at all legitimate was Chicken Tenders, but I will not pay $ 12 for Chicken Tenders anywhere in this city. Additionally, during Sunday lunch while all their neighbors were packed, there were a total of two people in the place, both sitting at the bar separately. If they ever want to see me in here, they better renovate the whole menu and make sure to not offend their customers first thing.

We came here last year and was able to brag about the tapas style food choices like Korean Kal-bi meat. This new renovated TEN Atlanta was not the same experience. It looked the same but the menu was definitely different. I do like he idea of having Complimentary valet. Made parking that much easier. The hostess may be the same person from last year and she was as friendly and nice this time as last time. Even asked if we wanted to move to a booth from the table once one opened up since I had requested it originally. The server was nice and seemed to be busy since he was the only one serving 10 tables. He was not having any small talk or enticing conversation which I attribute to him being busy or getting hit on constantly. Nothing negative just an observation. The precious server from our previous visit was more outgoing. The food let me just say the hummus and deviled eggs were watery thin. Hummus was like it was right out of a tub of hummus bought at a grocery store. The pita chips I swear are Stacy’s brand out the bag. We eat them all the time. Now the saving grace was the sliders. OMG I love sliders and this one was awesome all the way around. It came with fries which seemed home made. The bread/roll The meat was perfectly cooked with caramelized onions and what I think was Swiss Cheese. Regardless it was delicious.

I wanted to add this to the new TEN page, as my visit was after their big revamp. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — After my first review of TEN Atlanta, I was invited back by the owner to check out the new changes. First, I really appreciate that the owner looks at customer feedback as a means to improve. My first review wasn’t terrible(3 stars), but it did provide some constructive points on improving the meal. I will say, the food has improved. I would give it 4 stars. But the fantastic customer service and the very thoughtful cocktails from the bar help to push this review to the top. I again arrived on a Friday night. This time, the dining room was surprisingly busy. Ten seems to be gaining a reputation as more than a night lounge spot. We were seated and met promptly by the server. Our appetizer was the Korean style short ribs. They tasted great, the meat was tender and the rendered fat was crispy. They were seasoned well with a sweet marinade. Secondly, we were given a mussels appetizer to try. They were lightly battered with buttermilk, fried, then tossed with pesto. The combination sounds a little strange, but it really worked. Even with all the dressing, the oceany taste of the mussels was still the focus of the dish. For entrees, we opted for the shaken chicken and grilled swordfish. The shaken chicken was lightly fried and served on a bed of rice. Pretty basic fare, the rice was served with a delicate sauce, I believe coconut based. Again, I could have done with a little less sauce, but that’s more a personal preference. The Swordfish entrée was also nice. The fish, to my surprise, was cooked medium rare. It wasn’t a fillet, but rather several small chunks. The presentation wasn’t as stunning as one piece of fish, but the taste was right. The mashed taro was a nice departure with the dish. A point to note, each dish was served with a splash of salad on the side. It was quite tasty, crisp greens, pickled jalapeño, and topped with a Vietnamese style plum sauce. The union of spicy and sweet, atop the crisp greens, provided a great taste and textural foil to each of the dishes. And the cheese was gone this time, fantastic! To finish the meal, we had a taste of a lovely chocolate pastry, layers of cake between a creamy frosting. The dessert was light and airy, but still full of flavor. And finally, the cocktail menu deserves a mention. It was full of great seasonal drinks flavored with tastes like gingerbread and pumpkin. They were thoughtful, mixed well, and visually stunning. All in all, we had a lovely time at TEN. I’m still not sure about the price point for the entrees, a buck or two less seems more reasonable. However, the menu seems to have a lot more focus since my last visit. The fantastic customer service deserves another mention. I will definitely visit TEN again. The management is open to feedback, and that goes a long way toward the success of an establishment.
