Taco Bell

Service and Quality are terrible. Countless times I’m given the wrong drink, watered down soda, no fork, and attitudes from the staff. Boycott Taco Bell and go with Über Eats. Just had the most delicious burrito from Über Eats and it was delivered with great service and a smile.

A low 4. I never had any issues with location. Service can be anything from average to very friendly. I love the 80’s music they play in the dining area.

I’m not really a big Taco Bell fan… btw, those Doritos tacos are ass. Straight booty. Anyway, they were doing a special on steak nachos one time. They were actually good enough that I went back another day to get it one more time.

First off I know Taco Bell is not Mexican food. Secondly I also understand that it’s fast food which inherently is unhealthy and crap.
So why would I be motivated to write a review about a fast food restaurant? Well sometimes places just go below and beyond your lowest expectations. Yesterday was one of those times.
I ordered a steak Cantina Bell Burrito. Normally that is the only healthy thing on Taco Bell’s menu. In a pinch, it’s my go to meal if I really need sustenance. But yesterday, I experienced one of the most deplorable examples of burrito construction imaginable.
A year ago maybe more I was pleasantly surprised by the introduction of the Cantina bell menu. The food was almost and I mean almost authentic. It was made with seemingly real ingredients and it actually tasted good. Approximately a year ago I experienced a slow systematic decline in the quality of the Cantina Bell menu. I thought for a moment it was just a one off experience but unfortunately it wasn’t,
Yesterday it hit rock bottom… As I slowly un-​wrapped the significantly undersized Cantina Bell Steak Burrito I witnessed an abomination. The ingredients upon first taste were utterly disgusting. The meat and vegetables were not fresh and the texture was mush. It tasted somewhat like I would imagine dog food tasting. It was assembled poorly and it was oozing upon first bite. What a load of filth… To think, the Cantina menu actually tasted good once upon a time.
Well this morning I experienced the predictable of outcome to a most disgusting and vile burrito experience. Yep, what goes in as a mushy array of filth is disposed of in the same fashion. I’m through with you Taco Bell, not even once more…

Taco Bell is just one of those things that is so bad it’s good — and cards on the table? I crave a ‘crunch wrap supreme’ from time to time. Unfortunately — scratch that — fortunately, my last visit to Taco Bell, I think, has killed any future TB hankerings.
We came in on a late Friday night — drive thru — and it was very busy, it took several minutes to come round to the order station, another 5 – 7 minutes to get to the window, and another 10, almost 15 minutes to receive our order; which was relatively small: a crunch wrap supreme, two loaders, a steak gordita, and a Doritos loco. Now, here’s a life lesson for you kids: Always double check your order, after going through a drive-​thru, before leaving the premises. Normally, we do, but after almost 30 minutes in a drive-​thru, we were in a hurry to leave.
When we arrived at our destination, we discovered one of the combo meals and the loaders were missing from our order — which we were charged for — not only that they charged us for two extra tacos, which we also didn’t even receive!
Besides the «kerfuffle» with the missing food, what we did get was just plain disgusting — the crunch wrap was soggy, salty and borderline mashed. This was definitely my last visit at this location, and probably Taco Bell in general.

Clean, efficient, and same quality as any other Taco Bell that I have been to. I finally tried the new dorito taco shell. It was ok… light in flavor but fell apart too much compared to the other style shell they have. Convenient location and reliable. I’ll be back for a quick cheap meal.
