DO NOT USE. There is no sense of customer service, takes forever, the woman is rude. My dress was actually done wrong and when I asked her to fix it she was rude and didn’t want to help. I went else where to get the dress fixed. Worst experience I’ve had with a company.

Great service. This man used to be the designated tailor @ Brooks Brothers. He is also patient & friendly… he gets the job done period
