The worst starbucks I have ever been too. This place is a disaster. I been here more than once. However, the Dunkin Donuts down the street is much more appealing. I suggest you go there.

This is my go to coffee shop right after my morning classes. There’s some construction going on right in front of the entrance which can be annoying because it blocks the view of the lovely woodruff park. So instead, when I sit down to wait for my order; drink my coffee; or eat my breakfast; I am literally looking at students and other pedestrians cross the street right in front of Aderhold. The line is always long to order, but never too long or out the door. I personally like long lines because it makes me think the spot/restaurant I chose was worth it. Immediate parking is non-existent. I rely on Marta as my transportation when I go to school and this Starbucks so I cannot comment on where to park. Out of the five times I have been here, this Starbucks once forgot to make my order. I ended up waiting for an extra 10 minutes! Out of the 5 times I have been though, I think one mistake is okay to make. Their drinks are awesome and breakfast sandwiches are really yummy. I always order an iced chai tea latte and two of their breakfast sandwiches to eat. My only complaint is I wish Starbuck’s cup options were the simple small, medium, large because I still to this day cannot remember what their size options represents.

Small location in the middle of an active construction site. But they are indeed open for business. Not plenty of seating available so I’d say this is more of a walk-up coffee joint. Grab & Go sort of deal. Customer service was fast, pleasant, and my Soy Flat White was made to perfection. There are seats along the bar area which gives a city view.

My favorite Starbucks in Atlanta during the workday. It’s small, cramped, and busy as heck. However there is not a more pleasant and friendly group of baristas to be four at any location. They are outgoing, always greet you with a smile by name, and are fast. Thanks to the proximity to Georgia State University the line snakes out the door during ransomed peak periods before between a d after classes, however it moves… Quickly! It’s also a great place to unwind with fantastic wifi.

I hate giving it one star, because it’s only ever one employee that really irks me anytime I go. I honestly don’t know her name, but she is consistent enough for this location to receive a one-star review. I bought my coffee and sat down at the bar area to study up on some Spanish. After I had been there for a good 10 minutes, with everything set up, she told me I couldn’t work there. I asked«why so?». She then exclaimed that only one person could sit there, so I then asked«why are there two chairs?». She then proceeded to make a terrible exclamation as to why I couldn’t sit there. I understand that only one person can sit there(now). I’m just bothered that it was after my laptop had been set up, been working for 10 minutes and there had been no sign to tell me otherwise. I have a coffee pot at home. This was the only Starbucks on GSU campus, so I gave it my business. Going back to making my own cup of java in the morning and sitting where I please. Mornings should be time for relaxation and positive vibes; this location gives me neither.

This Starbucks is in a good location. For the most part it is a good Starbucks but I give it two stars because of the manager of this establishment. All of the employees at this location are very friendly and nice except for the manager Raseanda. I order my coffee the same at every Starbucks that I frequent and have never had an issue but Raseanda decides today that she wants to charge me for adding milk to my double expresso. I tell her this is the way that I have always ordered it and never have had an issue. She proceeds to tell me that there is a charge and this one time she will give me extra milk. She pours a shot of milk in my coffee and then throws the rest of the milk in the sink. I tell her that’s not enough and just give me a refund… so you’d rather waste milk by throwing it away rather than giving it to me? This Raseanda seems to be on a power trip and always have a nasty attitude. She is not very welcoming and does not belong in customer service.

Always friendly, always the right delicious drink, and always quick(which is amazing considering the volume they handle). This is the closest Starbucks to my office so I’m here at least once a week. It’s also the closest Starbucks to GSU so expect to wait in line to order when school is in session. But that line usually moves pretty quickly and once you get to the front of the line, your tasty beverage will be out in a jiffy. Seriously, I don’t know how they do it. This place is like a well-oiled machine.

I really can’t complain about this spot as it’s convenient to my architect’s office, free wifi and outlets for your laptop. If it’s nice, there’s outdoor seating. Indoors is small, so I can see the space filling out fast and getting crowded. Never had a problem with my order and they take card.

Complete idiots! I ordered a simple light caramel cappuccino and got a frappé instead which is an understandable Mistake … However when I informed the barista of the mistake he remade the drink the exact same way!!! Seriously wtf! Now I am late for class with a cold drink in 29 degree weather. Oh and btw he made my drink with whole milk instead of Skim milk and scraped off the whip cream he also added. Now my stomach is hurting!

They don’t ask for your name so when you go pick up your drink it gets very confusing. I’ve had someone take my drink before and they ordered long after me. It’s quite frustrating. They are also very slow at taking orders. I only come here because it is the only one near GSU campus

Line takes forever. Once you order, they may not even call your name. They told my friend they threw his drink out because they called his name and he didn’t come to get it. There were 4 of us waiting for his order, and not one person heard his name? Who knows if they even ever made it? Avoid this Starbucks if at all possible.

Average Starbucks expectations for drinks. Nearest one to GSU campus and it’s not that far of a walk unless your lazy. Baristas and cashier are different on some days. Some can be friendly or some can be overtired and mean. Considering the amount of people that walk through here, and the amount of requests people make on drinks? Yeah I can see why they get rude and rushed. My drink always comes out near perfection. Morning and lunch time can be hectic if your in a rush, so come prepare to wait on your beverage. Attached to the Equitable building, limited seating inside(but plenty outside if the weather is nice) and small.

Walked quite away to find out they decided to close at 7 instead of nine as the Unilocal says. Somebody get the hours correct.

A little bit better than the Saxby’s at the GSU Library, but still… it could be better. I do like how it is conveniently right across the street from Aderhold, for those who actually have classes there. Where do I begin? I always found that this location was incredibly crowded. I can remember waiting with friends 25 – 30 minutes just to make a drink order, then 15 minutes to actually get my drink. Unlike other places, the quality here is better, albeit the prices will shock you. $ 3.95 for a large iced coffee that is filled to the brim with ice? I don’t think so. Too overpriced and too long of wait to get good food and drinks.

I wish that I could love this store, I really do. It’s in a great location(being a GSU student) and would be very convenient if my order was ever… EVER…right. The partners that work here for the most part are very nice and you can tell that some of them actually care about the job, but(unless I’m getting a simple black coffee, which has even been forgotten before) pretty much every time I go my order is wrong, be it my drink or food item. I’ve gotten an iced drink when I ordered hot, sweetened tea when I ordered unsweet, wrong(smaller) drink sizes, wrong toppings for my oatmeal, and my drink has been completely forgotten about more times than once. It’s especially frustrating because I’m a partner at another store and know how to work behind the counter in the most efficient and customer-satisfying way. I’ve picked up shifts at this location before and yes, it can get CRAZY busy for the entire shift, but with a team of competent and caring partners it should move more smoothly. Now I pretty much stick to ordering black coffee or hot tea.

Haha! Two Starbucks reviews in one day? Obsessed much? So this is the closest Starbucks near Georgia State. I’ve never wanted to come over here because the walk sometimes is just too far for me. But when you are running on 4 hours of sleep and had already been to your full time job and needed to make it thru your 2.5 hour class, that walk became necessary. Nothing much different to say about this location. They were very quick and efficient and my Hazelnut Frap was delicious. This location is located in the Equitable building on Peachtree. #Yelp100

Sigh. This is one of the worst Starbucks locations I’ve ever been to. The food and beverages are pretty much fine, because it’s a Starbucks, but the service is simply not what I expect(you do not get to act put out because I slightly customize my order, folks). It’s unfriendly and inefficient, which is pretty much the opposite of how a Starbucks is supposed to be. Possibly they feel they don’t need to try, because they have a captive audience of GSU students and businesspeople from the huge office buildings nearby, but seriously, they need to step it up.

THE slowest Starbucks in the world. I promise you’ll spend most of your morning at this location so make sure to bring your toiletries and get ready for the day while you wait in line. The staff is friendly, but I don’t quite understand how ordering and making coffee can take so long. Back in the day I ‘might’ have been a barista myself, and let me tell you… Starbucks used to have a rule to get the customer from the line to drink in hand in less than 3.5 minutes. Standing in this store you’ll be in line for 8 mins average. Then another 5 – 10 minutes for your drink. Have fun and plan ahead!

This is the closest Starbucks on GSU campus that I know of, and I’m glad it’s on the way to class, because it’s almost a must to stay awake. It’s relatively busier than most Starbucks, or looks busier because they are smaller than the usual, and because of all the businesses in the area, plus all the college students. But if you need a caffeine kick, this place will definitely do.

At 9 a.m. on a weekday, it was quiet with just a few customers waiting on line(nice change of pace from the CNN location just up the road — that place always has a morning line around the corner!). Maybe I just missed the rush? Either way, the staff was friendly and I got my Skinny Caramel Macchiato in a snap. There were a couple customers ahead of me that appeared to be regulars, the staff had a nice rapport with them, which was the big bonus IMO — it takes a bit of effort to make a Starbucks seem like your regular corner coffee shop. However, I realized there actually IS a non-chain coffee shop across the street from this Starbucks, so I might have to try them next time… But if you love the Starbucks stuff, it’s a great spot. Nice outdoor seating, too!
