The consistency here is horrible, you never know what you’re going to get. Either to strong or to week, or no taste at all. Tired of wasting money!

I go there on weekends for my morning coffee. The service is fine and the wait time is reasonable. But be aware that the parking is so small(less than 10 cars can park) in case you are coming for a group meeting.

This is a great place to hangout and have coffee, by your self or with friends. They have wifi so you can come here and work. I like it because my shop is across the street and I can walk! The pastries are really good and my favorite is a slice of lemon pound cake.

I stopped by in the afternoon with the intention of hanging out with a cool drink to beat the heat. Unfortunately, not a single parking spot was available so I ended up going through the drive-thru which is quick. Got a frappucino that’s not listed on the menu, but the baristas are happy to customize. From ordering to paying, I swear it was less than 5 minutes. It’s a good thing they don’t serve bubble tea, because I’d come here more often. Fastest drive-thru ever. Love it.

I never thought I could give a Starbucks more than a 2 — the espresso is soooo bitter — but I’ve met my match. This Starbucks is a gem! Despite the drinks, the staff are always friendly, there is always an open seat, and the music is perfecto — India. Arie just came on — The baristas are also lightning quick, and totally chill with you kicking it for the day. As many have noted, the small parking lot can be a hassle, but small lots are a byproduct of city life and thus a non-factor to me. I may only get a pastry and a hot chocolate, but this Starbucks is the ultimate study spot!

My favorite location. The staff are so sweet and always so nice to me whenever I come in. The drive thru is quick and everyone is pleasant. Love this location.

The drive thru on this location is always fast and always gets my orders right and they always have nice people working the windows with smiles on their faces even in early hours. the only thing that bothers me about the drive thru is pulling around that building because it’s so extremely small of a parking lot.

Sometimes you just need to drive-thru and get yourself a coffee while navigating traffic in Sandy Springs on Roswell Road. This is the ideal location to satisfy your caffeine craving. The parking lot is small. If you see a spot. Nab it and go in. The inside space is nice and hip with seating for meeting friends or working and their is a patio, as well. Me!!! You’ll typically find me at the drive-thru getting my weekend coffee to power through errands post workout. The Americano is my new favorite.

I’m not a big fan of coffee even though I use to work at Starbucks. But my wife loves it and this location has a drive through which makes my life easier.

This location can get rather busy first thing in the morning. If you are heading to work then I would suggest getting to earlier than usual to get your morning coffee and danish. Although the line can get long, they customer service is extraordinary and speeding.

It is not easy to get here if you are heading north on Roswell. I went through the drive through and the barista was really nice. I ordered my grande caramel macchiato. The transaction went smoothly. I left with a smile on my face… And then I tasted my drink. Funny, it didn’t have a caramel taste. So I opened the lid. I did not see any caramel either. Bummer!

«Now honey, THAT’S good coffee!» –Witness(1985) Usually a drive-thru only customer at this location, I had a business meeting(read interview) at this location recently so I had to brave the parking situation and venture inside. So let’s talk parking first. Normally a challenge in and of itself, they currently have some of the spaces torn up doing some form of construction(maybe expanding the lot?) and so there were less spots than normal. Thank heavens I showed up early! Then, when you need to leave, most of the spots are blocked by the drive-thru line of cars, so trying to get out of your parking space is more than challenging… So try and limit your need to drive here and park. All of that being said, this is a great location to come in to work. They have these great two-person booths. However, singles take them all the time and like to put their feet up on the opposite seat(nice). There is no accounting for manners these days, even in the South. If you are lucky to grab one of these for a meeting, they are just perfect. They are distanced enough from the other booths, that you have a little privacy — great for one-on-ones. As for te coffee production, it is usually spot-on. They train upstairs, so one would hope they get it right 99% of the time. And my experience is that they usually do. So, yes, I am a fan of this location, even with the parking challenges. After all, when it was a bank, they didn’t know coffee houses would be such a thing in the 21st century, now did they?

I’m so glad they opened another Starbucks near the Prado because this was the closest non-Target one. 99% of the time I am here because my boyfriend needs a mocha fix so I just get something too. The parking lot is just straight horrible, it’s cramped and always full. I’d say there are maybe 15 spots, maybe a few more, and then you go inside and wonder how the hell it’s always full. I guess that’s part of the whole training center mystique.(Although Prado one doesn’t have the best lot either.) I’m just tired of this place popping up on the home page from a check in, because really, it’s a Starbucks. There is nothing special about it. It’s your usual experience of a Starbucks, and obviously I only review them normally when they are terrible *cough*downtown*cough*, but if Unilocal wants me to review it, here you go. Despite apparently having newer people I’ve never had to wait very long for an order, they have never messed up anything I’ve ordered, and they are pretty friendly. And I have to say the peppermint brownie cake pop is pretty awesome.

Yes, I’m a hard critic. Yes, I typically only write when I had a bad experience. Multiple times at the same place. I don’ t write about my one time visit bad experience. I usually write after going to a regular spot and watching the quality deteriorate over a period of time OR the quality sucked from the start but do to location or other«rave» reviews I give the spot a shot. That’s my disclaimer. I’ve gone to this Starbucks for over a year. I never remembered having issues here. Now for the past couple of weeks I’ve noticed that my Skinny Carmel Macchiato has been off at this location the past couple of weeks. It’s terribly bitter. It’s not consistent with other locations. Typically, 1 to 2 of these a day and you get a pretty good idea of the way they SHOULD taste. The other issue is that the place is terribly slow. I haven’t been inside the store except once or twice due to the crappy parking situation. I would rather go in then wait in the drive thru but getting out or in a spot might take an act of God. Speed it up. You work in a coffee shop for Christ’s sake, drink some damn coffee! Then I realized from a former post that this is a training center. Guess that explains the slow service and inconsistency. I wonder if I just tell them they are jacking up the Starbucks Skinny Carmel Macchiato they will retrain whatever barista is making it at 9:00am. Or maybe they will just spit in it. I think I’ll just go to Dunkin Donuts up the street or Caribou around the corner.

I really like this Starbucks. I love that they converted an old bank to a coffee shop. I have only used the drive thru or run in for a quick cup to go, but the inside seems very spacious with lots of comfy chairs and tables.

Starbucks is Starbucks, so you know the quality. This means I skip the coffee and get a chai soy latte when I’m forced to go to this chain. What I wanted to say about this location is it is totally hidden behind some trees and whatnot so you’ll have to look very closely to spot the green awning. Parking is in the back and is not enough for the employee and patron capacity for this large store. I parked a block over and behind another restaurant. Watch for the signs, there are some spaces that are ok to park in and some that are not.

Training Center huh? Who woulda thunk it? I was in desperate need of a coffee pick-me-up the other day on my rare day off(read day-o-errands) when I spotted the glorious green Starbuck’s sign off of Roswell. I was super pumped to discover they had a drive through window, but quickly abandoned the drive through idea when I realized(oops) that I had indeed gone the wrong direction on the one-way drive through. I quickly pulled into a parking spot and averted my eyes as I rushed inside to place my order at the counter. For a ‘training center’ the staff were still friendly and time-conscious. My Caramel Machiato was spot on. Coffee-fix: check. And I was on my way again. I guess my only complaint is the lack of a sign(or maybe a bigger sign if there already was one) to let me know just which way the one-way is!

Okay, I so didn’t know this was a «Training Center» until I sat down to write this review. You can tell that the employees are new(read as young) and there was a bit of a wait, but no more than you would experience at another store. When I walked up I noticed the extra upstairs area and I was trying to figure out what building they converted into a coffee house. I guess that’s part of the design. I’m sitting here imaging little desks with wannabe baristas writing notes and taking tests on whipped cream and coffee best practices. Oh, I crack myself up sometimes. I think it’s all the damn kids running around that’s making me daydream. I have to do something to escape the noise that their parents are ignoring.
