I came in with three employees behind the counter, talking to each other. Walked up to a register and waited — no one moved. I had to ask if I could order, and even then it took them a while to finally come over. Where I got my order, it was clearly incorrectly made and I asked for them to remake it. They argued with me and said that I was wrong about how it’s meant to be made. I ordered a tall iced americano. Those are meant to come with two shots of espresso. The girls insisted they only come with one. Every barista anywhere knows they’re wrong. Finally they re-made the drinks, but only after trying to add the extra shot on top and spilling over the original cup and attempting to pass that off as «re-made» first. [international arrivals]
