Opens at 10 on Saturday. Always seems to be just a few ladies working and 10 plus people waiting. Maybe worth the wait, maybe not. Always been a great haircut. The price is very reasonable. Just wish they would hire a few more ladies. This time it was a little over an hour before I was in and out.

Definitely 1 of the worst places for a haircut. The lady did not cut my hair, it was like she mowed it & that too uneven. My friend recommended Sports Clips but it was a disappointing experience. Obviously will not visit this location again
Do yourself a favor, please do not visit.

FIX YOUR WEBSITE!!!
I had been here before after work or at lunch during the week — was hit or miss depending on the woman… But let me explain why this is a one star rating: My time is valuable to me — and through negligence on their part, they wasted ½ my Saturday:
Wife and I were lying in bed, deciding on how to spend the day — told her I really needed a haircut… we scrapped our all day plans when I saw the website said they opened at 9 — and we both went our separate ways for the day.
I arrived at the parking lot at 9:02 — saw a late 50’s blond I’d seen there before (there’s 2 that look alike, not sure which) at the counter… and the sign that said they didn’t open until 10… I started to pull out my phone and before I could get the words out, she shouted through the glass «Website’s wrong, we don’t open until 10»…
So…this is a KNOWN issue??? And yet you still do nothing about it??? It’s an easy solution — FIX THE DAMN WEBSITE!!!
Or, if you are the manager, and there is some sort of issue with corporate not fixing (I get that, having worked for large companies) — service your customers — arrive at 9 — no matter what your door says, and cut hair yourself — a leader takes control of bad situation and rolls up the sleeves to find a solution!
The look on the woman’s face — a total «What do you want me to do about it» look quite frankly really pissed me off… I’ll NEVER be back to this location.

I visited this location yesterday and was well pleased with everything. Essence gave me a great cut and everyone there was very pleasant.

I always see Chris while I’m here. She knows what she’s doing, pays attention to you when you ask for specific things, and she does remember her clients from previous visits. I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’m not sure what the other people have complaints about, unless they came in when the place was packed. With any business, they get busy. Difficult clients don’t make the process any faster, so make sure your claims are valid based on the service you recieved, not what you didn’t get because you got mad and walked out…

Unilocal!!! Please add negative stars for business like this one!!! I had a great experience with the same business in Houston TX so I recommended that my partner try the same in Atlanta. We went in, signed up and were told that one of them will take us in few minutes. After more than 25 minutes and 3 other customers that got a chair even though they arrived after we did, I got up and asked if they take appointments. Since their answer was NO, I asked why are we waiting for so long and all the other customers were taken before us. Their answer was Quote «Because he wants a fade he has to go with this specific girl, cause she is the only one doing them» End Quote. Now the only difference between that girl and the others was that she was African American and my partner is mixed. The other 2 customers that were taken before us got a fade haircut and I did not see how did my partners fade haircut makes the difference.
Now the blame goes to the management of this location. Poor service doesn’t start with the employees, it starts from the top.
DO NOT GO THERE, UNLESS YOU LIKE WAITING FOR A SIMPLE HAIRCUT!!!
For a good experience try Gino’s, The barber shop in Dunwoody and many others serving Dunwoody/​Sandy Springs area.

Baaaadddd!!! After waiting for 30 minutes, she called my son, and sat him. Then I told her I would like a skintight style. She said, oh no, I don’t do that. She then ask my son to climb down and wait for another hairstylist. She called another customer, and started shaved him skintight style!
So we waited for the next woman, for about 5 minutes, she came back, noticed us but called the next customer and ignored us.
Whyyyy? Is it because I don’t look like really rich people? Is it because the cheap children fee?
