Spa Waverly

I received a spa package through the Renaissance hotel. On the phone, the receptionist explained the spa package would come with a couples massage and two treatments for the both of us. Since only one of us wanted the extra treatment the receptionist stated that we can have $ 20 credit toward a treatment.
When we got to our appointment the massage therapists were very nice and did a great job.
I then had a salt scrub treatment as my second service and I asked the esthetician to check the front if i can use my $ 20 treatment towards a paraffin treatment. She came back and said there was no credit on my account. So when I came out of my salt treatment I went to the front to check out.
The receptionist was a complete bitch. She told me that only the massages came with the package and I would have to pay for the salt scrub which was $ 55 (definitely not worth it). I explained to her what the receptionist said over the Phone and she said maybe it was a misunderstanding. Long story short I spoke to the manager over the phone (she was at another location) and they gave me 50% off of the scrub. I was extremely disappointed. Will never go back.
