David at Sol Catering helped us with a large taco order for my son’s birthday and couldn’t have been more helpful or responsive. The entire experience was great. My son is allergic to wheat and he walked me through which menu items would work and even made a different chicken dish than offered on their menu. We had 50 guests and everyone raved about the food. Brisket and carnitas were the crowd favorites and the entire gallon of guacamole was devoured within an hour. Mango, carrot and jicama salad was also wonderful. It was definitely a great value and we had plenty of left overs. I can’t wait to order from here again.

We ate at the Sol Catering food truck while we were at an event in the Atlanta area. We tried their briskett and shrimp burrittos and enjoyed both of them a lot. These burritos were different in that thet were not the usual set of pick-the-ingredients kind of items. Rather, they all seemed to meld together quite well, and with melted cheese rather than cold cheese. The briskett had been cooked low and slow and then shredded and added to a New Mexican chili demi glacé. It quite A lot of heat which was moderated by the cheese. The shrimp were well seasoned, moist, and slightly hot(spice-wise). What I especially liked was the size of the package. Not as big as your usual burrito. Not filliing enough? Just order two. I split mine with the wife and was plenty filled up. Definitely worth a try.

We had my wife’s 50th birthday at their facility. Great food, great staff. We had about 80 guests total. I heard many times from our guests that they planned on using Sol Catering in the future. And I would too!
